Was just watching a show when a man showed up with a lean on the house for some cabinets and it was a true lean and was going to pay him with a check and he wouldn't except it! Bad business on your part by no paper trail! Always pay by check!

For all the people who rated the show 1 star, seriously, are you just one person? Or are you all part of the same support group? If not, seriously get some help for your anger issues. The show isn't bad at all, and I watch all of them. Is it staged? Sure, but what reno-reality doesn't introduce some type of made up drama? Is it sometimes corny? Yes, but it's also very comical to watch. The relationship between the team is nice because it seems like they all get along well. The showcase at the end where they show before and after is great to see. The numbers crunch, different, and I like it. The work and craftsmanship, wow.Personally, hope they have more seasons, and/or expand to other cities.

We have never watched such garbage in our lives. Not one of these individuals is a professional at anything. They are such morons and this is so fake. Just watched the episode with a construction lien on the kitchen cabinets. You never ever pay cash to the company/individual. Payments are made via a lawyer so the lien is removed. This show is an insult to anyone's intelligence.

I'm always up for a good, inventive home repair / refurbish series, but this one misses the mark by a country mile. The main focus is bickering among the crew members and over-the-top fake drama. I don't know who writes the dialog, but it would embarrass the cast of a grade- school play. This series is trying to capitalize on the current trend of home- flipper programs, but there isn't a Chip or Joann in the whole cast. Don't waste your time.
