ownsyed It take you back in time, you can feel those times when everything was simple yet it was difficult and people were highly skillful.If your city loving person then you may not like any of Ruth Goodman's Farm shows. However if you like peaceful farm type of life style then you are going to love this.What I do know is that you will learn something new every time you watch these shows (Wartime Farm, Edwardian Farm, Victorian Farm, and Tales from the Green Valley).The character are original, intellectual, and entertaining. It is one of the best documentaries I have seen including Wartime. My special favourite is Edwardian Farm. Nonetheless Wartime farm takes you back in those scary days when fear of German bombs were imminent 24/7. Farmers in war time were also the real heroes of Britain during the war time.
