kennywalsh007 Great concept, was a good yarn but poor acting by the cry baby lead. The world needs a Claire and Wes to look after the security of the planet, yeah right. Don't waste your time. Rubbish!
markr_smith Are we really being told that this alien being that can travel through electricity, be at the other side of the world in minutes, cure deaf people, improve a child's heart, bring someone out of a coma and consume a nuclear blast.... wants to posses one child?? For what purpose? Does it just really want to play baseball or something? The whole premise is ridiculous. The being is way too powerful yet at the same time for some god knows reason needs to rely on children to do it's bidding. The only reason they made this show around children is because they think it brings a horror/suspense aspect to the show (which it doesn't) - this is evident in the way they ramp up the scary sound effects every time a child is doing something it shouldn't. Are we really to believe that our children have no clue about what is right or wrong just because they are told by an imaginary friend that it's a game.. Jeez. I'm quite sure the writers are making this up as they go along.
newgateport Im struggling to like this show but as it goes its getting weirder, i wont talk about how the acting is awful especially agent bennigan, what i want to pinpoint is the many Holes this show contains, for example the alien named Drill can only move through wires, then in the children gathering we see him move freely?? so he can also move in the air?? we just don't know, then if he can move through the wires why didn't he just follow agent Wes to find where the transponder was hidden?? why does he need a child to tell him , and why cant he hack a computer himself when he can lock doors and do other stuffs, then Wes 's wife decide to kill somebody just because Drill is threatening her daughter's life, couldn't she just sit explain to her girl that she shouldn't listen to what Drill says instead of shooting an innocent guy?? and in the 9th episode Agent Rees tell us that when Drill possess a body its permanent, why?? just because a rabbi told him a story so he takes that as a fact, couldn't Drill just be ignorant that he can possess a body or maybe he didn't find out how yet?? anyway this show had a promising first episodes then went downhill like The strain, Heroes..
rikkmode It started off great, but then they made the adults dumber than the kids. I still watched it just to see what would become of this being... but then came episode 8. This episode really made me regret watching this show. I will not spoil it for anyone... it was going so well and then... they mess up the show... they really made it stupid... ... I can not watch this anymore. It just turned too stupid. You'll see what I mean... this show takes you on a roller coaster of catching your attention and then making you feel stupid for watching this show... rinse repeat. awful awful awful.I have not watched a show that left me this annoyed as with The Whispers.
