The eight remaining students are surprised when they arrive at their first reward challenge and discover their task is to charm little old ladies at a bingo parlor.

EP3 Kosmo Returns Oct 25, 2008

Seven remaining students face off in a racy reward challenge, where Mystery asks each to "Keep their cool." Last season's winner returns to help teach the guys about body language and inspire them to be better men. And during the field test, some students get phone numbers, while others just get rejected.

EP4 Touchy Subject Nov 01, 2008

The six remaining men are asked to talk about their physical experiences with women, and then demonstrate their skills on a professional sexologist. But Mystery is still very disappointed when they can not meet their objective.

EP5 Bikini Models Nov 08, 2008

When the five remaining students arrive at a hotel ballroom, none of them anticipate that they are actually attending a women's charity auction where they will be auctioned off on stage. In the field test, the guys face their more intimidating challenge yet – picking up Bikini Models. Some are successful while others crash and burn.

EP6 Winging It Nov 15, 2008

The guys learn about “day game” when they are taken to a grocery store and challenged to pickup women in an everyday situation. Later, after pairing off into two teams, the students enter the field with a mission – to use their wingmen skills to make out with their targets in the club. Some are successful while others fall behind in the competition.

EP7 Friends From Home Nov 22, 2008

Three remaining students compete in their toughest challenge yet: teaching friends from home how to meet and attract women. Mystery's students become the teachers, as they give their friends makeovers and teach them the fundamentals of pickup in only 24 hours. At the field test though, some students forget about the fundamentals and focus entirely on "approach anxiety."

EP8 The Master Pickup Artist Nov 29, 2008

The final two challengers battle it out in a ramped up week of competition. The stakes are high and the pressure is on, when Mystery throws a twist in the reward challenge, sending the guys into a club for a race to the kiss close. And everything is put on the line, when the final field test is announced as a house party, and the guys are charged with pulling a girl into uncharted territory: their bedrooms.

The second season is a bit repetitive.The Pickup Artist is a tale of transformation. For these eight lovable losers, "socially awkward" is the understatement of the year. And when it comes to this lonely hearts club, desperate times call for desperate measures. Enter Mystery, best-selling author and ultimate pick-up artist--a former nerd from the Great White North who has discovered the secret to wooing women. Under his expert tutelage, he'll guide this group of hapless through the rough waters of romance and help them find the courage to overcome their biggest fear-- talking to women. In The Pickup Artist, eight misfits will live together, learn together and love together as they compete for the title of "Master Pick-Up Artist." Over the course of eight episodes, the men will learn the ins and outs of the Mystery Method-- "how to open a set," "the number close" and "the kiss close" among others. Unknowngi I personally love this show overall. I know some people hate this show because he's trying to teach some guys on how to get girls which involves them being a different person than before and maybe getting laid, but the thing is that he's teaching them everything there is to know, if you're from a society like I am, then obviously getting laid is out of the question because its pretty religious where I come from.However how he teaches people on how to approach girls and most of all makes them find who they really are, is just fascinating.I've never written a review on anything on IMDb and this is my first one and I guess it all goes to Mystery and this amazing show.For those who don't like this show, I respect your opinion and I guess that's what mystery is trying to teach, so you can criticize all your want because that's your right, however I have my own right to commend his work no matter how deviated you might think my perception might be on the purpose of this show.
