lh-71441 There seems to be a trend in movie and TV productions recently. The background sound "blend" is so over powering, I can't even hear WTF the characters are saying. Why is this? Some producer sitting somewhere instructs his audio guy to raise and lower some background sounds to supposedly amplify the intensity of the moment. Jesus Christ! What's the point? I had to turn this first episode off after about 20 minutes. I'd been anticipating a terrific new cop series after watching the commercial build up to this show for the past several weeks. I don't get it. UN-watchable.
