This is a series made because of one reason: love. And it shows. From James Cawley through to the PA's and techs, everyone involved has put their heart sweat into creating this vision - the continuing voyages of the Enterprise. As a fan series, there's no profiting involved.Every episode involves raising the needed funds.I'm continually amazed every time see this series - the incredibly accurate details, from the bridge on down, the makers are Trek lovers.I see some people 'kvetch' - how certain aspects of the series 'don't measure up' to the original - be it in-front of the camera, or behind. To them, I've this to say: folks - it's fan-based. Anyone is more than welcome to contribute - their time and effort would be appreciated.I just saw Enemy: Starfleet! and loved how involved I got with this episode (see my review under it's title).I can see improvements made within the entire series arc.If you have gripes, then either don't watch, and/or make your own.But - if you are watching - then help - pitch in (I do).To the men & women of Star Trek Phase II: Thank you ALL!

I just briefly skimmed through the pilot and don't think I'm going to watch it at all.... The special effects are really amateur (you'd think in this day, with all sorts of computer software out there that it wouldn't be an issue, and a show made 40 years ago would look worse but it doesn't), but nevermind that. The big thing that spoiled my interest was how awful the lighting was. Like something you would hack together from stuff from the hardware store. Noticeable shadows and darker tones. At least get the lighting right.I would rather recommend people read Star Trek books instead if they are really into the whole Star Trek storyline.

Like most of the star trek fans out there, this does bridge a gap of a major lack of TREK on TV at the moment, in fact if Paramount don't start to make a new series soon, I will find myself in a mental ward due to lack of decent Sci-Fi... However this does help, now called Phase II, what the fans are doing for the fans is pretty fantastic. The CGI is near and dammit to the original series, in fact as the episodes role out, they are getting better, in fact the last episode was put together so well I thought I was watching the original series all over again! The actors have also got better in there roles as time goes by, I know they will never replace the actors we know and love, however this for me is the next best thing, so to all Trek fans and Sci-Fi fans wanting some extra action, due to the lack of on TV, just watch and enjoy... Also remember one thing, they do this for nothing, they make no money from it, its just for us fans made for by fans, in fact James Crawley has gone so far with this project, the Enterprise even looks better! You will love it, I just want to say a big thank you to all of you that have done this for us, we really do need more TREK.Yes gave them 10 out of 10 for effort, its well worth a look.

First of all I have to comment on the negative reviews given! This show is for the fans of Star Trek made by fans! You are not getting ripped off. You can download the episodes for free! I think the production value is very high! Most of the episodes I have seen are very entertaining! I am not a trekkie or other fanatic fan,but I always liked Star Trek! Not everything about it,but most of it! The first series was very dear to me even if it was very low budget! So when I discovered the fan made episodes I didn't know what to expect! It exceeded my expectations! In fact this kind of thing is what I expected the enhanced version of Star Trek TOS to be (now that is a rip off)! Only the stories are a bit confusing, since they expect you to know the history of the original series (not being a fanatic fan makes that a bit difficult)! And I missed some of the witty conversations between Kirk and Mccoy! Overall it is nice to see what true fans can achieve (I mean they even managed to get real actors from the series to act in these episodes)! Make it so!
