This animation was wonderful in a word. It was very funny and very interesting and exciting. Stories were wonderful too and the design of the animation environment was fantastic.
And in general a happy funny and exciting animation is deserving of the best.

Sonic Boom is rated TV-Y7 - kids/youth aimed 7 and up. There are older fans that will "get" certain cutscenes, but that doesn't make it OK to include political things in the same show that those kids will be watching. If intentional, political views being pushed to children/youth is indoctrination - period.RE: "Eggman's Anti Gravity Ray" episode: From what I've seen, this episode's reception is a mix of: appearing in various cringe threads, fans being turned off at being told what to think/indoctrination attempt at kids, and irrelevant SJWs (many who admit to never watching to the show anyway) giving praise/triggered over Knuckles' "man-splaining" as if men should never be aloud to correct women. Was it the intention to have the "joke" of the main crew - Knuckles, the one that is inarguably the dumbest - say pro-feminist talking points? Or that the female often portrayed as delusional (esp. when it comes to Sonic) believe that females could ever have a chance at outperforming males in sports? That's about the only way the infamous cutscene would make sense, seeing how the biology of males and females are clearly different. This is seen in athletic events, where men (even teen boys) outrank women, and why Olympics and other sports events have sex- segregated teams. It's a fact of life that we all need to accept. Men and women are different, and can never be equal (only that which is the same can be truly equal), and that's okay. This doesn't make men or women inferior as humans. Thinking men and women are equally capable at tasks requiring physical strength is something an actual "meathead" would think. As if only those less intelligent would not call themselves feminist, when more and more people are seeing it for what it is: a movement founded from Cultural Marxism that is all about female supremacy. Kids and people in general resent being told that you're something negative if you don't agree with them on politics. Keep Cultural Marxism and all feminism (all waves of it are toxic) OUT of kids cartoons!Politics belongs nowhere in children's cartoons, much less Sonic the Hedgehog, and there was even a moment where someone said it would be nice if people kept politics to themselves on their social media (iirc). So this episode contradicts an earlier episode in the show. What is it with making the most macho team member be a "dumb jock" stereotype, which is somehow not deemed problematic? Cliché. Having Knuckles proclaim himself a feminist as a deliberate insertion of cultural Marxism (the cultural/social infiltration of Karl Marx's Communist world view), is a mismatch for the Sonic series. The cutscene in this episode would fit more in Steven Universe, and maybe the writer(s) who inserted this feminist narrative should go work for that series instead, as it would be better put to use. Amy has never been radical left, or radical anything, only radically in love with Sonic. Cultural Marxism says it values things like equality when in reality/practice, it's the opposite, and as we can see today, feminism has only resulted in deteriorated men-women relations, more divorce, more unhappiness and reliance upon anti-depressants, 51% of the population is now taxed in addition to the men, children entering gov-run daycares earlier for more indoctrination (Aaron Russo interview on YouTube if interested). RE: "Three Minutes or Less" The SonAmy scene where Amy invites Sonic to "have lunch" with him was too suggestive IMO. The music, the intonation of her voice, and the double meaning was inappropriate for young kids. There can be SonAmy moments that don't resort to smutty or suggestive themes.About Sticks: It can be funny to have a "paranoid" character, but at times it seems like she is only put there so that the audience will be conditioned to laugh at and ostracize anyone who questions "official" narratives as "crazy" etc. Critical thinking should be encouraged, not shamed or made to appear weird. Also don't like when the male characters get degraded to a non-threatening/joke status by making them more "cute" or stupid, incapable, etc. Eggman shouldn't be liking puppy boardgames aimed at little girls, and is such a far cry from the old days as Robotnik/Eggman. Sadly, this show has a strong undertone of feminism/SJW stench, although there are some exceptions such as the episode where Amy tries to enforce "sensitivity training" which is put in a bad light. It's sad to see the Sonic series do poorly like this, when it doesn't have to. Also, Tails needs to be voiced by a boy because Tails is male. Not that hard of a concept to understand. Overall, when making a children's cartoon show, it's best to keep your political opinions to yourselves, because people can see right through the attempt to push a certain view/shame others for not thinking the same way.

Why do people like this show? No, really, why do people like this show? Is it because of Sonic? Is it because Cartoon Network ran out of ideas? Answer, it's because Sega is desperate to keep the Sonic franchise alive. Let me start off with the characters. Let's see what we got here: A Gary-Stu hedgehog, a brainiac fox, a retarded echidna, a Mary-Sue hedgehog, and a psycho badger who might as well be sharing rooms with Norman Bates. Wow, what great characters this show has! Nothing but a bunch of boring stupid characters with the personality of a humorless, idiotic SJW, which I assume this show caters to. And speaking of humor, this show is nothing but joke book jokes and outdated internet memes. I've seen McDonald's commercials from the 1970's that have more subtle humor than this show. The animation is awfully, awfully awful. You thought that Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog looks bad? Sonic Boom looks like a Sega Dreamcast game that never got released. Like I said before, I don't see why people like this show. The only demographics that Sonic Boom can appeal to are brain dead SJWs, 30 year old pedophiles still living in their mother's basement, Sonic fanboys, and people who have no taste. I think I owe an apology to the Super Mario Brothers Super Show and Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. They are not the worst video game based TV shows ever made. This is the worst I have seen yet.

With this show following an unfinished and poorly reviewed game, coming out to an unplease-able fandom, and very under-advertised, it seems like a wonder the show got a second season. But is it really that surprising?I went into this show clinging to the desperate hope that it would be good. With many of the Sonic games being disappointing as of late, I at least wanted some Sonic I could enjoy. After watching all of season 1, I must say, I love this show. There really is a lot to love about it. The animation is bright and smooth. The voice acting is well done. Many of the jokes are very funny, and I have laughed out loud multiple times. Since the show's goal is to be an action-comedy, if the action is good and you laugh at it, then the show has succeeded. That isn't to say there are no flaws. I've noticed a few animation errors in a few episodes (i.e. Sonic falling face first but is shown right side up when he hits the ground). Some of the jokes do fall flat and the Knuckles-centric episodes are much weaker than many of the others. However, the above-mentioned pros make it a show worth watching. Then again... there is one thing I have not addressed. As a show about Sonic the Hedgehog, how does it fare?Well... It's okay.Since Sonic Boom is a spin-off series, it does well as a show that is a part of the Sonic Boom universe, but many fans are enraged that they aren't getting the Sonic they know and love from the mainstream games. We aren't seeing the same personalities or character designs that we all grew up with, which is why this is only an "okay" Sonic show.I consider myself to be a long-time fan of the Sonic franchise. Even though my first Sonic Game was Sonic Heroes, I fell in love with all of the characters. The Sonic Adventure series remains one of my favorites gaming series of all time (despite the fact that it appears I've lost my touch...). But as someone who loves Sonic the way he was in the mainstream games, please don't condemn this show so easily. Yes, I know Knuckles is an idiot and yes I know Kirk Thornton isn't a good fit for Shadow, but that doesn't change the fact that this is a good show that can be enjoyed because of its own merits. In short, the show is good and fun with a few flaws, and even though it is not Sonic as many fans like to think of him, the show can still be enjoyed.(... hey, why are people so mad about Tails's voice actor being a girl? She does a good job.)
