I've forced myself to watch "Shifting Gears" episodes & keep thinking "why dont I like it?????" ....its soooooo freakin painful to watch it hurts .Ive always thought highly of Aaron, thinking he deserved more of the spotlight on him & was hoping for more insight into the builds now with Arclight ....errrrr? maybe not....it seriously stinks hard....it appears to be put together & have elements of a quality show on the surface...but it just really lacks something majorly ....I can normally watch "any" show motorsport related at worst but this is a 1st for a show I cant find the remote quick enough to change channel to avoid it like the plague.

This is a good show, not as full of all the fake BS drama that the other car shows are full of. All of ye idiots that vote 1 star should stick to soap Oprahs. Its a car show and ye find building cars boring ?, go watch a drama..

Love the Kauf but not as the lead. He is much better playing the whinny mechanic and a perfect foil for Mr. Marvelous King Richard. The show was not well thought out, the characters are not appealing and the stories never deliver anything worth watching. Advice to the Kauf.....slide on back to the Grease Monkeys asap as you did create a great spot on that show for yourself.

Great mechanic, but no financial sense. As Aaron claims himself he put all his funds into this project and hiring new people. He is acting as a multimillionaire. Letting the team effectively build vehicles for his fancy and at the same time driving and flying about spending more of his limited funds. If he had any sense Aaron should have started building the name for his garage, building vehicles of high quality that can be sold for profit, showing them at SEMA, preparing high end builds for Barrett Jackson and other auctions. Sad, but if he does not rethink his financial strategy and continues that way he will end up bankrupt and will fall out with his team of builders.
