This show caters for a certain sense of humour, and it does it very well. It is deliberately and unashamedly camp, with well-written dialogue that flows effortlessly whilst also being absurdist and off-the-wall. The ensemble cast delivers excellent comedy turns, with just the right amount of tongue-in-cheek. No one (except the bad reviewers) is taking things too seriously, yet everyone involved is clearly working hard to produce a fun, entertaining, engrossing, guilty-pleasure. And it works for me! I binge-watched the entire first season, and my only complaint was that there wasn't more of it. When season two arrived on Netflix I binged on that too, and it was even better than the first.
