Orphan black is such an amazing TV series. It is extremely creative. Each episode is so well written and brilliantly executed.
The lead actress Tatiana Maslany is brilliant beyond words. Her transformation between each character is so natural. She is one of the most underrated actresses, and should have won every award that's out there!
Every character is well thought of and performed brilliantly by the entire cast.
This show is a must watch! You will not be disappointed!

I am late to this party. I've just finished binge-watching the first season and I have to say - this show is excellent. It has just the right amount of drama mixed with a little humour so that it does not take itself too seriously.Tatiana Maslany deserves an Oscar for her performance - being able to pull-off so many roles, whilst effortlessly affording each and every one of those characters a unique & different personality, takes a whole lot of talent. Now on to the next binge sesh of season 2...

'Orphan Black' starts out very engaging--Sarah Manning's fight to find the truth about herself whilst being pursued by a mystery killer made for a great Season 1. However, the show soon found itself derailed, as each season brought new and evermore ridiculous plot resets. By the time S5 rolls around, it felt like the show had jumped the shark half a dozen times and the plot was no longer recognizable; a product of its seasonal villain style. Really, if the series had just stuck with the initial arc and developed that over its course, it could have been something special. But instead, we're left with a revolving door of villains and new characters, none ever fleshed out, all disposed of at the end of each season. Meaning that no season is really connected to the others and you don't feel much attachment to any characters outside of the original few clones.Yet, even with this monstrous structural problem, 'Orphan Black' manages to hold just enough charm to leave you always wanting more. Why? Tatiana Maslany. Her performance as the clones is enchanting--she manages to give each character their own individual personality and truly connects with the audience. Had Tatiana been given better material to work with past Season 2, 'Orphan Black' could have truly been something special.

Before I got to the scene in Season 2 Episode 3 (starting @ 37.20 minutes into the episode) where Sarah Kira & Fe was hiding @ Cal's when the 'Peter White a Detective from Gresham' came. I was totally engrossed in the deliverance of the action & the acting of this Series. But if you watch closely when Sarah is taken after her daughter Kira run's to Cal & then he the 'Detective' holds her (Sarah) against the car & then orders her into the car to drive ( & all this time Cal has a gun on this 'Detective') & then Sarah is pushed into the car & then the 'Detective' is standing free of Sarah so why did not Call shoot him as he was so standing alone >???!!!!!!So after this, I am not believing the real action of this series>???? So it spoiled it for me :(
