One Billionaire Twelve Corporate All Stars The Con Of A Lifetime! Welcome to my world. The victims of FOX's My Big Fat Obnoxious Boss arrive at a corporate tower where they meet business executive Mr. N. Paul Todd. In a PowerPoint presentation, he informs him of the holdings of his vast, multi-billion dollar corporation, IOCOR. What the victims haven't been told and don't know is that Mr. N. Paul Todd is actually actor William August and IOCOR is a fictitious corporation. Mr. Todd welcomes them to ""his world"" and they all seem to be bamboozled into thinking they're starting something big. Later on, they are split into two groups of six men and six women and assigned their first challenge. Each team will come up with a degrading name for the opposing team --- Femron is chosen for the women and Concad for the men. The teams are then subjected to their humiliating challenge - panhandling - in which the winners receive a reward, while the losers are punished and must face elimination.

EP2 Episode 2 Nov 14, 2004

A select group of victims is invited for the first Executive Privilege --- a tour of Mr. N. Paul Todd's luxurious mansion. The mansion has actually been rented for the day and stocked with items designed to raise the victims' opinions of Mr. Todd. Included is a ridiculous laser light-show that allegedly protects the first million dollars that Mr. Todd earned, as well as the legendary Excalibur sword. The sword, in actuality, is nothing more than a cheap replica that was polished and cleaned before being inserted into the mansion. Next, the victims take part in the second nonsensical challenge. They enjoyed panhandling, but they absolutely love this task --- selling hot soup on a scorching Chicago day. Concad and Femron go into action and to everyone's surprise, sales are actually quite brisk. A vendor selling cool treats is sent in to follow them around, but sales are still hot. The men beat the women and the women are sent to Mr. Todd's office. There, he and his executives work to con

EP3 Episode 3 Nov 21, 2004

Mr. N. Paul Todd invites a group of guys and a group of girls to join him for the next Executive Privilege. The girls are asked to join Mr. Todd on a yacht called the Perseverance II while the guys will join him for a golf outing. Mr. Todd then joins the girls on the yacht and completely blows off the guys. On the yacht, he reveals his naughty side by giving the girls a gift that keeps on giving --- bikinis! Later on, he does the equivalent of a drunk-dial when he calls up Whitney back at the IOCOR tower and flatters her by telling her that she's ""fascinating."" The next day, the contestants are summoned for the newest ridiculous challenge. They're asked to come with a marketing campaign and mascot for a company called Drycon that markets a chemical called hydrocyanic acid. Femron and Concad are then judged by a group of eight year old magnet school kids. The women lose and sent to Mr. Todd's office for elimination.

The remaining victims are brought to a flea market where Mr. Todd reorganizes them, supposedly based on personal appearance. What they don't know is that the decisions on who would be moved where were made before-hand and the entire exercise is being done simply to screw with them. The next day, they are given a challenge to sell four ridiculous products that are fake: pure oxygen in a bottle, a low-carb spray, environmentally friendly tampons and renewable, reusable toilet paper. The teams get down to some hard selling, using any avenues they have available. Some decide to make previously unmade claims about the products, to great success. However, Femron gets a real boost for a bulk purchase and wins the challenge. Concad is punished by having to eat a bad meal in an aquedect, while Femron is treated to dinner at the Cite with fireworks afterwards. Concad pays their visit to the boardroom, where they must tell Mr. Todd about catch-phrases they came up with for eliminating them. Two a

EP5 Episode 5 Dec 12, 2004

The victims of the hoax receive an invitation to go on a corporate retreat with Mr. Todd. Once there, they are given an opportunity to air their grievances, to which Mr. Todd repeatedly responds with only ""thank you, I appreciate that."" The next morning, he shares some eggs and bacon with the guys and they chat about the girls, allowing Mr. Todd to further expose his skeevy side. It also gives Iocor COO David Hickman a chance to build on his strange fascination with Damian. Afterwards, Mr. Todd challenges the guys to basketball and plays himself for a wimp before making a $1000 bet with Robert and David. He then goes one-on-one with David and gives him the trash-talking of a lifetime, winning the match. Then, Mr. Todd has the victims of the hoax participate in the most ridiculous challenge yet: navigating an office obstacle course while he pelts them with paintballs. It ends in a tie, but Concad loses the tie-breaker and Robert and David are put up for elimination. Before not making th

Synopsis

My Big Fat Obnoxious Boss is a television show on the Fox Network that was filmed in July 2004 and aired from November–December 2004. Similar to My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance, it was a parody of shows such as The Apprentice. The contestants performed several tasks that they were told would help them win a job at the Chicago-based conglomerate IOCOR and a $250,000 prize. However, the contestants did not know that the company - and the position - were fake. The show was usually punctuated by the actions of the "boss" 'Mr. N. Paul Todd'. The contestants learn about his multi-billion-dollar venture capital firm IOCOR, and in any episode, he or a member of his 'family' could usually be found doing something to unsettle the contestants or to test the limit of their blindness to truth. Fox advertised the show, along with another Apprentice-inspired show called The Rebel Billionaire, during the 2004 Major League Baseball playoffs. The show received low ratings in the United States and was cancelled after five episodes. Fox released the remaining 5 episodes online in late March 2005. All 10 episodes were broadcast in full in the UK on Channel 4, in Australia on Channel 7 and later Fox8, in Singapore on Channel 5, in Poland on TV4 and Polsat, in Malaysia on 8TV and in Denmark on SBS Net. In 2008, the entire series - including the five unaired episodes in the USA - aired on Fox Reality Channel.

brandonschwab This is one of the best shows i have every seen. I think it just aired at the wrong time when people were sick and tired of reality TV shows and ultimately got cancelled. After the first episode you will be hooked, and want to watch the whole season. The actors are incredible and make 12 contestants believe that they are billionaires. Swayed by the almighty dollar, the contestants compete in a series of out of this world challenges but do them with class. Its a dog eat dog game show for $250,000 and a job opportunity working for a billionaire. The contestants are business all stars and make this show worth it all. 10 episodes-40 minutes long makes this show for one hilarious day. My favorite show of all time.
Jerry Hermes In this age of pranking, I cannot believe this many educated and ostensibly smart people would fall for the shenanigans pulled by "Mr. Todd". Despite the mansions and yachts etc. it is inconceivable to me that these folks are clueless as to the propriety of "Mr. Todd"'s antics.I missed episode #4 and I'm bummed out over that. All in all, the concept is brilliant and the show is F-ing hilarious. I cannot wait to see who the mystery person really is. I would have loved to have been the actor playing the boss. The winner won't mind as they collect a quarter million bucks cash. The 15 losers will, no doubt, be livid.
deiminion The thing with these spoofs and practical jokes is that they are funny, but there's a fine line between hilarious and annoying. And sometimes this show does just that, annoy. Even though the tasks are fun, they're not entirely original. I mean, selling soup on a hot day? Is that the best they could come up with? The boss, Mr. "Todd", sometimes is lost for words when the candidates reply to his remarks. Overall the cast of actors seem pretty full of themselves off air. This show is fun to watch if you like watching people humiliate themselves. It's not by any standard a great program in the history of TV making, just cheap entertainment. As for the mystery boss, my guess....Rupert Murdoch.
pops_mcfly Even better than the entire first series(also hilarious) in it's pilot episode.can't wait to see NBC's fake reality show "25 Millon dollar hoax" as well.best part in THIS show though was the "Get the hell outta my office"BTW who does everyone think the secret "boss" is?I have a few choices,Randy(the victim from season 1)Steve (Fiance from season 1)Donald Trump
