karenho-61180 This is my first Wallace Huo drama - disappointing. The production team just needs to involve the USA, that I don't understand, why???We have characters from the USA and the Chinese team speaking to each other in their respective language. That's just effing amazing. We all know that in reality that cannot happen. So for the sake of keeping things smooth and easier for the all, they decided that the language spoken by the Chinese when conversing with the Americans is by default English, but heard as Chinese for the sake of the audience or hmmmm whatever. This flew out the window when you get scenes where the Chinese character replies to the American in English, so where is the logic?Yes, I know I can be such a difficult customer to please. Just that the reasonable logic (therefore indirectly insulting audiences' intelligence) is not considered at all. Simon Bo should be able to speak English, fluent or otherwise since he spent his academic years there and professionally worked for the FBI. Strange isn't it.Another part I have a gripe with - the contact lens effect when Simon was portrayed as the other one - just so he could look more menacing? Can't the actor do that without making his irises larger? And all the red wine they drink seemed to be watered down LOL. The production team even tried to pass off as American a guy that speaks with what sounded like Eastern European accent.The only actors that I look forward to watching in this drama was Wang Kai and Zheng Yin. The first half of this drama (episode 1 to about 13) is good but went downhill after.

mumu-lumala I've only seen two episodes so far, but while this show is definitely good, it has a definitely Sherlock Holmes the newest one with Benedict cumber batch vibe to it. Even like 40 min into the second episode there was the Holmes song in the background. Not that I'm complaining, just wanted to not it in case anyone has seen that show, and needs a show to fill the gap. This is it. The main male character is, not going to lie, a bit of an arse, very judgmental, and a bit masochistic. The main female character, for the few episodes I've seen so far is a bit meek, but smart, the meekness/ lack of apparent desire to defend herself against Mr. Bo's rudeness is the biggest turn off there. But those are both qualities that I'm hoping will be improved upon as the character development grows. You should watch this show though, give it a try. I'm currently trying to learn Chinese, and this is a nice way to do it.

roselovesice This C-Drama is worth the watch. I totally did not expect to like the drama as it wasn't my cup of tea according to the synopsis but boy was I wrong. It surpassed my expectation and it was definitely my cup of tea. If you love watching dramas with twists, this is it. Wallace Huo, who plays the main protagonist, is an excellent actor. He definitely brought his character justice. His emotions, actions, and just everything was on point. His chemistry with his leading lady is sizzling too. He definitely did a great job portraying his character as Bo Jian Yan/Simon/Allen. Aside from his acting, Wallace is smokin' hot in this drama. His clothing and hair is on point. If you love men in suits, this is it as well. lol Going back to the drama, it is beautifully shot and edited. Maybe just a few mistakes here and there but it's not entirely noticeable. The flow of the storyline is good, music is good, casting is good, and the budget of the movie is good as well. If you do plan to watch this drama, don't stop watching it. It gets better each time. You'll definitely find yourself staying up all night to finish watching it.

Swara Mohan HiThis is my first Chinese drama that I am watching and I must say Wow! This drama will keep you on edge and you wont feel like taking break. The Lead Protagonist Wallace Huo acting is excellent! He looks so handsome that I couldn't take my eyes off him. He acts brilliantly. I have become a huge fan of his and will watch more of his work. He excels as Criminal Psychologist with high IQ and his romantic/emotional scenes with the leading lady look so convincing. There are lots of twists and turns in the movie. Lot of mystery to keep you glued to your seat. Didn't find any loopholes in subplots and the cast seemed perfect. Leading lady Sichun Ma is just about OK. The rest of the cast did an excellent job. I wish the foreign actors used were still better. Nevertheless they acted convincingly.I am just waiting to watch last two episodes(23 and 24). Hope they are available soon. The drama will end along with year end.Watch this drama for Wallace Huo. He is just perfect!!
