Yeah, the acting is not as good, but the scenarios are believable. Plus, in this sex-infested world, it's nice to see teenagers acting their age. It's a clean show and good for young people to watch. Plus, parents would approve. Okay, so since I have to make this ten lines long, i'll try not to pad but just add some details. The show is called Just Deal and the main characters of the show are Dylan, Ashley and Jermaine. Dylan comes from a very Catholic family and some of the issues he deals with comes from his religion. Ashley is Jewish and her parents are divorced. Ashley and Dylan are going out and sometimes their difference in religion get them into problems. Jermaine is biracial (half African-American and half Caucasian). He has issues of identity at times, but most of the time, he is pretty level headed. Jermaine is Dylan's best friend and he, Dylan and Ashley form a pretty tight click. There are great episodes in the show and I think the show was cancelled pretty early. i think there were only two seasons, but I might be wrong. Anyhoo, the show ends not so happily ever after, which is very realistic =) sad though.

I've enjoyed watching this series even though it is on late at night. the only criticism i have of this series is that it jumps too far between events. for instance when Ashley and Dylan broke and then he asked what happened in San Francisco. Ashley told him and then he said "I never want to speak to you again" and then in the next episode they're friends again. what is the deal with doing that

Ok so it's not OMG OMG the BEST show EVER, but it's not trash either. It's a low-budget, low-rated early morning dramedy that is much more realistic than half the teen shows in its genre. The actors/actresses are decent and the messages are always good without being too sappy. As my summary said, a good show to watch early in the morning when you aren't really fully awake yet. Kudos to the people involved in it for giving some good messages out too.

This is one of my favorite shows. I watch it every Saturday morning. I love it because it's so real. It's completely unlike most Saturday morning shows. There's no classrooms with only 12 kids and there's no goofy teachers. It's totally realistic. My mom even likes it. She was blown away at how good it was for a "saturday morning" show. It deals with real issues and it doesn't have some happy, fake ending where everything's resolved by the end. They even have good actors. This show is the best!
