I have to admit i have a certain bias towards con movies, i do enjoy them a lot but this one is very special. A lot of people compare it to leverage, but its much different, and it has its own feel to it. It can get much more dramatic, and the con men aren't robin hood type thieves, they are in it for themselves, and sometimes the people they care about, but mostly themselves. But they're also moralists and superstitious, the people they target are undeniably greedy and vile, and they always give them a way out, they prey on gluttony and ego, not innocence or conscience. And its all very good fun. Unfortunately one of the worst things about this show is they've changed the cast around so many times, Mickey Bricks was always the most likable besides Albert Stroller, and he left as leader to be replaced by DANNY. Friggin danny, man. Like he'd ever measure up. They're good characters but i don't think they play off each other quite as funny as the leverage team. The other aspect i don't like about this show is when they stop time to explain things to the camera, or the episode where they replaced the actual dialog that was presumed to have happen with a song and dance routine, and basically left out how they swayed the guy. I understand its all breaking the fourth wall but its very distracting. Other than those 2 points, this show is just plain awesome. The cons are plausible and updated for our time, the characters are likable and the twists are my favorite part.

Hustle is one of the best TV shows that exists at this time. Its an honest opinion from someone who have seen 24, Homeland, Chuck, Prison break,Sherlock and many more. However, each TV series has its pros and cons. But in this show you can find absolute fun and not a boring moment. You will love Marc Warren without any hesitation. I have seen 3 seasons in a row and missing Adrian Lester and I don't know why he is not in the show. This TV series has wit, lots and lots of tricks, a whole bunch of teasing which anyone will find absolutely hilarious. Robert Vaughn gets loads of respect for his presence in the show. He plays the big daddy who has experience in conning almost anyone. Glenister is dazzling as a technical genius and the truth is whatever he is expected to do in the TV series is believable. He not only does the computer, he has to act and react to convince. Jamie is like a filler in each episode and later I believe she has gained a reputation of being very important. This show reminds me Oceans movie big time. Its my second British TV series and I have become a fan of their accent. If you haven't seen it, just take a ride with the first episode. Trust me, every one loves a great con.

I found this treasure of a crime drama with a focus on a group of professional burglars on television in the middle of the night. The episode was set in Las Vegas where the gang had prepared to heist five million dollars in cash from an aquarium. Leading the pack is the wonderful American actor, Robert Vaughn, who is getting work in London rather than at home. He's great as the leader of the pack and I loved his Elvis costume. Well, the gang has a strategic plan to get the money. It's only afterwords that we see how it's done and what happens afterwords. People in Las Vegas don't forget especially at the casinos. Well, the acting is top rate with veterans like Robert Glenister and Adrian Lester in the cast. I didn't like the fact that the gang seems to always get away with the crime in the first place and that keeps the show going but it's how they do it. It's a clever series!

I don't think I can verbalise or express through words how much I love this show. I genuinely hope they don't stop this series until they have exhausted every possible con or character they have on the show.Their cons are always elaborate and intricate, even if it's a simple one. The characters all have a past that makes you want to find out more about them, especially Mickey Stone of course. Though even dear old Albert Stroller and quirky Danny Blue have some interesting pasts too.I'm sure someone else has mentioned this already, but I'll say it again. The fact that this show breaks the fourth wall and addresses the viewer directly is what makes Hustle stand out from all the other con/grifter shows. It's funny, entertaining, amusing... whatever you make of it, it's a positive feedback. You never get lost within the con because you know what they're doing every step of the way. Even when they have untold surprises and twists, you will understand exactly what happened at the end. I have to admit with the Americanised version of Hustle: Leverage, it got me a little mixed up here and there a few times and I had to rewind and see it again to get it. With Hustle, I don't.Hustle is a damn good show.
