Reviews

Feverything I'll be honest and admit that I am only 8- 9 minutes into episode one but I already smell BS! I was under the impression that this was a scientifically accurate programme but it has already proved itself to be nothing more than anti-drug propaganda. This episode is about Cannabis which has been well documented as being non-lethal, it may cause psychosis in some heavy users but has never been attributed to anyone's death however I have just been told that cannabis reduces blood pressure causing the heart to beat faster and increases the risk of cardiac arrest "five-fold"? Where is the evidence for this? And this was just a few minutes after it was stated that Cannabis gives you bloodshot eyes within minutes yet none of the druggies that they show smoking the evil weed have noticeably bloodshot eyes!* We are living in a world that is waking up to or re-learning the medicinal effects of this plant, one where many US states and countries around the world are starting to relax laws on consumption of Cannabis, particularly for medicinal purposes but BBC Three are churning this rubbish in a bid to persuade everyone that it's hazardous to one's health despite countless doctors worldwide prescribing it for their patients. It make zero sense! I will probably watch the rest of this episode and will probably watch more episodes but I'm not relying on it being a factual programme. A huge pinch of salt is needed (to counteract the low blood pressure given by the Cannabis)!*It can give you bloodshot eyes, it's just that they don't show the evidence to back this up!
