Great to see Brisbane, where I have lived. Dialogue and acting great, Brisbane is looking beautiful, Harrow looks good but sounds wrong, his accent is too thicker Englishness and implausible.. looks pretty young for the character too... maybe. Sticking with it cause Aussie stuff I few and far between.

In my humble and "not-a-professional" opinion, just several years back, the Australians were able to compete with the British TV dramas' best examples out there. And now I was like "WTF I just had watched?!"The lack of imagination in the script is out-right sinful, the acting is uninspired and substandard. The very thought that there are people who will be paid - or already had been paid most likely, and handsomely, for participating and producing this utter garbage - makes me question the very foundations of this capitalist system withing which we - as Homo Economicus - all function. It's just... Oh, well, you should see it for yourselves. My English command's poor quality keeps me from fully expressing my disappointment at the matter.

We can not trust the opinion of others, we should see with our own eyes. So, I watched this first episode of the show and I can say I liked it. I liked the acting of each actor. It seemed to me that everyone interpreted it naturally. All the scenes seemed to me to flow well. The show has its own identity. On the show there is a feeling of a new environment that we can enter and get to know. Who is this charming, sensitive character, concerned about the victims who come to his investigation? And his relationships, and his joviality, and the paternal interest in his daughter. I liked. There's a to make eyes at between Harrow and the cop who looks like the Forever series: I found that curious, and I liked it. And, why this captivating character: Harrow threw a corpse into the sea? What does he have to hide? He does not seem to me to be guilty. It's as if he had a secret he was forced to hide, but not that he was guilty. But why has he to hide ? Anyway, no doubt, I intend to continue watching the series. I was a little insecure because of the Forever series that I liked, and I was going to be comparing the two in a nostalgic way of the other. But it was okay, I can watch this series without me getting upset. Good luck Ioan Gruffudd with his new series. The show has conquered me.

The first episode of Harrow was a fun watch in my opinion. I like how there seems to be a crime-of-the-day element with the overarching plot lines. Looking forward to seeing what comes next! Not sure what the negative reviews on here are about. There's cliches and common ground in most crime dramas. I think some can't see past their own biases and assess this on its own merit. I'd avoid trying to compare the show to anything else and simply watch with an open mind!
