I was really expecting something legendary when i first saw the ratings and reviews that you people make and write. I downloaded a 100 gb folder that contains all episodes in blu ray FHD and you cannot believe how excited I was, I literally "tried" to enjoy this show but I just couldn't so I'm very disappointed.

I will make this very clear to everyone reading: This is the greatest inclusive anime of all time; inarguable. Without the typical Japanese stereotypes to scare away the more shy to anime types and people who may not necessarily be into this genre - because, lets be honest, it does take a type to watch some of these shows. The lightening of the over-sexualizing the female form, like in most anime's, was finally bearable to me: YES I CAN FINALLY WATCH AN ANIME IN WHICH I AM NOT BEING FORCED TO STARE AT BOOBS CONSTANTLY. Don't get me wrong, the creators still make the women 'top heavy', but they're not forcing the sexualizing down your throat and using it as a crutch to over-sensitize the eyes and guide the ear away from the horrific, useless banter in some anime. It is also the most inclusive anime due to the plot being followable by any demographic; it is not adhering to cliched framework of the anime society, mainly (over)used by the Shonen series'. Conclusively, my girlfriend (who fought me about watching any anime) tried to start numerous series' with me just so I could prove to her not all of them were that bad, and all failed but one, FMA Brotherhood. Now to review the series itself. I will keep it sort of short, simplistic, and a general overview of the qualities of FMA Brotherhood. So, no spoilers here!FMA Brotherhood is the revitalized and abridged version of the original Full Metal Alchemist series. Brotherhood, unlike its predecessor, followed the manga (for non-anime watchers that is the comic/literature version of a series) much better and even shortened up the vast majority of the filler arcs that weren't necessary that were found in the manga. In a world in which Shonen Jump says "lets carry this series out for 600 more episodes until it simply reaches a point in which no one is watching it anymore", the creators of FMA Brotherhood said "lets just put together 60 episodes, successfully telling the story that the manga did".The creators didn't stop there, they brought the manga to life. The beautiful imagery and animation within this series not only captivates the eye, but portrays exactly what the manga simply cannot do with mere paper. As for the animation and fight scenes, I will keep it brief. This is a show about a bunch of people who can turn anything into anything else, anything they could imagine. Team that up with honed fighting skills and different characters using different techniques and you have summated yourself a series in which the fight scenes are flashy and full of intense moments that have you gripping your seat - and no episodes where they just stand there and charge up energy like Dragonball Z haha. The story line is beautiful. With moments that absolutely tear your heart apart at the worst possible moments, taking away characters you love and care for, as well as comedic moments to break tension within a scene, the writers/creators of FMA Brotherhood knew how to string together an array of emotions that would grip you from start to finish of each episode. You WILL get attached to these characters because of the heavy development and you WILL be very sad whenever you realize something traumatic about their past, or they are ripped out of the story at the hand of an evil doer.In conclusion, although I only touched on a few points and maybe over-explained them, Full Metal: Brotherhood is ranked 9/10 as a "kids" anime show for a reason; something that can be watched by any and all and entertain equally across demographics. If you hate anime, I have no idea how you managed to get to the reviews of this, give this a try. It is not the dry, over-stimulating crap that Shonen has put out recently, and in the past. To poke holes in such an amazing series such as this would be ludicrous and come from a point of subjectivity, not objectivity. Facts are facts, and based on these facts I can honestly put together that FMA Brotherhood is and will be the greatest anime series of all time, for all who watch it.

Words cannot describe how good this show is. You have to watch it yourself to understand that. It doesn't matter if you are an anime fan or not, this is a must watch for everybody. This show will have you laughing your ass off one moment and having you cry like a baby the other and I MEAN IT, even if it doesn't make you cry, it will come very close to doing so. This is an emotional roller coaster you will never forget. It is truly one of the best shows ever created. NOW STOP READING THE REVIEWS AND GO WATCH IT!!!
