I believe the reason some Americans are having a problem with the episode where the lady has her labia made smaller. We are to judgmental. When all is said and done it is her body, and she made the choice for her mental well being. On a larger level, this show will encourage many people to see the doctor for thinks they do not want to discuss.
On seeing an anus, or penis, or vagina on this show, remember although Americans thing they are open minded, they are prudes.

This show shouldn't even be allowed to exist. They lure people in with the intention of helping them just to show their bodies before giving them horrible recommendations before sending them away. I was horrified when they told a woman to have surgery on her perfectly normal labia. I turned it off right there.

This show tries to promote a message of "love your body" but in the first episode there is 2 recommendations of plastic surgery! They ignore other nutritional based solutions and relate to antibiotics an plastic surgery. They lightly touch on diet but if they really went with a diet based solution for these issues these people would do much better. This is not a show to boost confidence in peoples bodies or respect for ones self. This show promotes pharmaceuticals and conforming to the "normal" image. This is bullshit.

i was shocked that the doctor told a woman to have her labia cut off! that is beyond damaging and unprofessional! there was nothing wrong with her vagina! my lips are longer than hers and its perfectly normal. i would never cut myself and never tell someone they were abnormal. this show supports unhealthy body image and unrealistic expectations. patients with labia on the larger side should be encouraged to go to counseling and learn to love themselves.
