Synopsis

Dominion is an epic supernatural drama set in the near future. Specifically, 25 years after "The Extinction War," when an army of lower angels, assembled by the archangel Gabriel, waged war against mankind. The archangel Michael, turning against his own kind, chose to side with humanity. Rising out of the ashes of this long battle are newly fortified cities which protect human survivors. At the center of the series is the city of Vega, a glistening empire that has formed from the ruins of what was once Las Vegas.

enrikeser It was worth it! OK got that out of the way. I know it gets a little soapy sometimes but hang in there! Episode 11 in Season 2 does the best at making it all worth it of just about any series I have seen. Better than the movie Legion! I haven't even seen the finale but I put this in because I appreciate it when I get support to continue watching. I'm kind of picky.

slashum999 . I'm so tired of watching these new shows, getting invested in them, only to have them canceled without any kind of conclusion.It seems to be happening more and more. I'm at the point where I don't think I will bother watching any new show until there is at least 3 or 4 seasons that have been completed. I would rather binge watch them without commercials anyway.I can list a ton of shows that I really enjoyed, and they simply pull the plug without any attempt to give us some closure. Dominion is another example of this. I agree, that the second season was a bit of a mess, but it was still a good show, and it looked like it was about to get really good again.However, if they wanted to cancel it, fine, but for the love of all that is holy, they could have given us a couple more shows, and attempt to give us some closure.Yup, I don't think I will start watching any new shows, unless they have a few season under their belt now. Especially if it is a SyFy show.

jellyfishhh-75437 So, in the beginning I wasn't very impressed. There were good parts and bad parts, BUT after watching the second season I saw a very big potential for the future of the series. The actors are great, the story is catchy... The 3rd season would have been very nice from what I can imagine, it could have gone big. Most people probably didn't liked it because of some similarities with the famous series "Supernatural", and in the last episode of "Dominion" it was clear to everyone who the new character will be in the 3rd season, so maybe they find it as a "cliche", but I think it has nothing in common. I was very disappointed to see that the 3rd season was cancelled, as they just got me excited to see what will happen next, what new characters there will be and everything would have been very very different than the 1st & 2nd season... If there's a chance to continue it I strongly support it.
