This is just a fantastic piece of work From Chris Terril, compelling viewing it takes you from start to finish through the gruelling 32 week training which Chris also completes,a true insight as to what it actually takes to get through. The shocking thing for me was the numbers that don't make it through as opposed the very small numbers that do,only the best of the best and i as a mom of a royal marine recruit undertaking the exact same training found it hard at times , sad at times but truly truly proud of each and every one that passes out knowing what they have gone through, a super piece of work .Follow up please Chris....

The hardest military training on Earth, 32 weeks with the Royal Marine Commandos. Where just making it as an original is a huge task, back trooped recruits or medical discharges make for great viewing, as Chris Terrill drags us along for the ride. This Documentary gives a new meaning for the term "elite" and makes you want to go jogging or push yourself in the gym, thinking if you could keep up with these machines. After passing out they head straight to Afghanistan under fire on the front lines. Terrill's personal film making really makes us feel and relate, civilian or military to the camaraderie and bonding between these recruits.
