Reviews

zzzac-873-166168 This has got to be the worst nick shows of all time. The theme song is annoying and was garenteed to get stuck in your head. All of the music and characters are gay and stupid. Even when I was little I wanted to beat up the hero's. The villain's and everyone else look like a preschooler drew them. It is so stupid, and badly drawn, I absolutely despise this show. My siblings used to watch this all the time, it drove me crazy. I cant believe it deserves 5.0. It deserves -10, I wish i could have given it -10. I would be embarrassed if this was on TV and I was in the same room. This is inferior to every other kids TV show. Even Tellitubies and Barney are better than this dump in a diaper. Im glad they do not show this anymore, my brother and sister would be all over it. All in all, this show deserves to go down as one of the worst children's shows ever made. Along with Hero 108 and jonny test. I give this dump -10/10(I would if I could)
atomius Now, for the originality of the concept behind this show you'e got to give it a few points for starters, but let's not be too lenient considering the amount of unfiltered droll 'entertainment' we are getting nowadays. The basic plot is that Rudy Tabootie, a young schoolchild and his friend Penny Sanchez go for adventures in a magical world of chalk drawings, Rudy being it's Guardian, and protecting the world from intruders and the creations of others (the world is made from every chalk drawing made) is his ultimate duty. Penny is a sidekick as well as Rudy's own creation, Snap, a blue and white character who often goes on adventures with the others or in a different combination. Usually all three are involved except the last of the three segments which involves Snap, before a musical style short. For entertainment, what can you say, nowadays we aren't in the golden age of television, but neither were we then. There is no golden age. More likely special fragments of all ages make us remember these especially. As one of this age, the show is alright, but when compared to more worthy feats of the past it lacks enough to take it from a good healthy six stars to a middle class five. And, as for the 'chalk style' artwork that represents the world, there is enough of this computer art about that they really should consider, in the future, using real chalk merged with the animation.
JABoye47x OK when i say Chalk Zone blows, it sucks as well. Chalk zone is BY FAR one of THE WORST shows to befile my TV screen. "Oh look at my I'm Rudy Friggin Tabootie and I'm gonna make everything ALL better with my magical chalk" How gay is that? Well any way what I'm trying to say is, you guys are right, Nick is turning into Nick Jr. or Nick Senior, or whatever, they both would seem the same. I hate to say it, but the day when it came out I watched Chalk Zone, and then I watched the news, that day was a bad day in America. Well anyways Chalk Zone sucks and so do hoover vacuums. Do yourselves all a BIG favor and make sure chalk zone is never to be seen again...EVER! Write a petition, pillage orlando, do what ever it takes for that gay ass show to be cut. thank you for your cooperation.
xcorp When I first saw this cartoon I couldn't believe that Nick would air such crap. Although not as bad as Rocket Power/The Wild Thornberries Chalk Zone is still a crappy cartoon.Chalk Zone is bad because of horrible voice acting, (Snap almost always sounds like he is yelling.), bad writing, and kiddy like episodes. For example each episode contains a cheesy rock song that even Barney wouldn't like. The plot is nice. But its the only good part about the show. And it seems as though Nick is being really lazy because this show is a spinoff of the crappy Oh Yeah! Cartoon series. I mean it would have been a bit better if Chalk Zone was an original series rather then a spin off series. And every episode is basically the same. Rudy enters Chalk Zone, a big problem happens and everyone in Chalk Zone is afraid, Rudy encounters this problem, he then draws something to fix the problem, he fixes the problem, and everyone is happy. The end.I wish Nick would stop putting such stupid stuff on the air today.Anyways don't watch this show. It sucks.Final Grade: D+
