Why do writers (producers?) insist on telling a two or three hour story in 11 hours? This is not a good story yet, but it is a boring story now.

Some good elements of old-style King which really makes it very watchable show.
No more comedy like "Under the dome" or a sad excuse for screening of an amazing book like "11/22/63" that turned out to be... well, I don't know what it was but definitelly something veeery disappointing.
"Castle Rock" is good, or even very good. So far, the level of creepiness is satisfying and the story is fine slow-paced with some "wow" elements.
Hope it gets even better.

As an avid Stephen King fan, I'm loving this. Yes, it's slow moving, but that's what makes it good. King is great at making his novels page-turners and this is the style that I like in Castle Rock. I think a lot of people are used to horror films that show a lot of slashing and blood early in the movie, but this is more of a thriller that slowly builds. I look forward to each eopisode.
