Yaamirukka Bayamey is a film which basically revolves around a guy whose life is eaten up by problems till his long-lost dad offers him a house property. Knowing that this is his chance to start afresh, he decides to move in with his girlfriend. He meets two other people and together, they transform the house into a hotel and start up their business. What happens in the hotel is something the viewers will have to find out as they watch the film. The film is funny and refreshing in parts, some scenes are even creative. Viewers will definitely not be disappointed with the final product. As for the most part of the film, it focuses mainly on typical spooks and scares. What makes it interesting is the comedy which is infused together with those scenes. It's a good attempt from a new team, yet definitely could've showed more strength in several scenes. We have few Tamil movies in the recent past that is in the blend of genres horror and humor. And this movie is definitely of improved quality. The music supports the genre switches very nicely. Horror when horror is needed followed by the immediate humor. The film is highly trimmed and doesn't have much unwanted scenes but the song in the flash back doesn't look much necessary, and the performance of Aadhav Kannadasan (flash back lead actor) is not good particularly the dialogue delivery looks very artificial, distracting and doesn't stick to the ongoing movie stream. Not sure if that was intended. One more to the negatives that we can point about the double meaning dialogues which doesn't add much to the comedy either as the humor in script itself was good enough. A neutral viewer will be surprisingly satisfied more than what ever they expected :)

I always love the genre horror comedy. It is a famous genre in Hollywood. We could have watched scary movie serious, the cabin in the woods. This movie is also followed the same genre. Even though its a inspiration of the Korean movie 'The Quiet Family', they treated it differently. First 10mins with song part is boring. After they enter in to the hotel. Its was fabulous. I was laughing till the interval. And we can't say this is the best performance from characters, it was quite OK. Background music was simple and gave a big hand to the screenplay. But they could have avoided the unwanted songs. The twist are some times predictable sometimes its not. The characters are afraid with the circumstances but they made us laugh even in single one-liner. Director deekay done a good job with his first film and cinematography was fine, we can see the brightness in the picture even though the situation was dark. Editing supported the movie well. Overall, its must watch to all who seek new concepts and fun and just an entertainer..

I expected much before watching the movie, but the movie was more than my expectations. The debutant director, Deekay has much talent and he used humour in the right way in a horror movie.Kiran (Krishna) lands in trouble by getting debts and causing a problem to a rowdy's son. He receives a letter from his original father, and gets to know that his father has left him a property. Kiran goes to that village with his girlfriend (Rupa) and runs a hotel in his father's bungalow. They runs the hotel with Sharath (Karunakaran) as manager and Saranya (Oviya) (Sharath's sister) as cook. Customers starts coming and they die before the sunrise. Things turn more worse when Kiran finds out the mystery behind the bungalow.I loved the flashback, it has a good song and I felt something different about the flashback. The flashback tells why the bungalow kills everybody. The whole movie was a fun and horror ride. It does'nt have any unnecessary songs. The 80% of the movie is in the bungalow. And its not a very lengthy movie.I started loving tamil cinema. :)
