I have always been a big fan of Whitney Cummings. She was unpredictable, bawdy and hilarious. I'll never forget the first time I saw her standup act. How the mighty have fallen! I don't mind a certain level of mean-spiritedness, but Whitney's view of men seems to have devolved, and that's putting it mildly. Sure, there are male morons in the world, and it's perfectly acceptable to mine some humor out of that. But based on this hour, you'd think all of us want to choke her and degrade her in ways I'd never even heard of before. The special starts amiably enough, but it gradually becomes an all-out hatefest, with so much negative preaching and scorn that I began to seriously wonder who green-lit this alleged comedy taping. Forget the punch lines—Whitney would rather punch your lights out.

First off, Whitney is looking awesome! Secondly, she is hilarious. Her blatant honesty is equivocal to the comedy she is performing. First thing I did was look up her IMDb page, and realize that she is 33. I'm 35, so this gives me the interpretation that I can relate to her comedy, and i can. Honesty is something that i find rare, it is a possibility that usually isn't enacted on. Whitney Cummings realizes this, and her comments and her (extremely funny) jokes prove that women are not idiots and there is a gap between what men think is "sexy" and what a funny woman know is reality. Comedy isn't an avenue for laughter is a highway.

I'm a white guy in my late 30th, just to get it out of the way so you don't have to guess. I stumbled on this special while browsing on demand stuff. She was hilarious as a guest on Joe Rogan podcast. It was great. All new stuff. Mature comedian at its best. Completely unexpected twists and turns in the material. I watched her earlier stuff and thought this special was the strongest. Couple hick ups along the way but the quality and originality of jokes made it almost unnoticeable.I don't want to compare her to anybody else, let her stand up speak for itself. Strong 9.

Someone needs to tell Whitney Cummings that some bitter person is on this show is tainting what moderate success she has had. I have never seen anything this awful. No laughs, this is listed as a comedy. I'd call this a sermon! Ten or so years ago Joni Mitchell wig out like this a put out a bitter rage album. This "special" show be called bitter rage. Sarah Silverman just release a special, and it was great, your fans deserve better than this. What were you thinking? Based on you previous material I was suspecting a Lisa Lampanelli type act, this was quite a disappointment. What happened to the beautiful charming girl from "whitney" from 3 years ago? Why don't you do a skit on how bad your plastic surgery was.
