Evelien Vanthournout Nice storyline. Although the happy ending is - as usual - extremely predictable, the events kept me exited throughout the whole film. Different theme's ('how to find perfect love', how people change in life and how family bonds can get tricky but always help you out) gave a little more deepness to this story, for me. The humor (based on a lot of stupidity and unluck) is sober, light, adultproof and well placed! To me this one is an adult and shameless feelgood-romcom!
sanjayasantoso Anna Faris once again proved that she firmly chose herself to be a rom- com actress with this movie.. Her performance just look the same like she always did in her previous movie, so nothing new for her.. While for the main actor, I'm really surprised to see the name of Chris Evans there.. In his busiest year for becoming the hero of America that been featured in two movie title : 'Captain America : The First Avenger' and 'The Avengers', he can still make time to make a rom-com movie which is his specialty because he got famous the first time when he featured in 'Another Teen Movie'.. For the story itself, ordinary and nothing special but still enjoyable to be watched.. Overall, it's a light rom- com that would be a good choice to be watched in your spare time if you already got bored with all Katherine Heigl's or Jennifer Aniston's..
berzinam Started to watch this after I got hooked up by "The Ex list" plot but who didn't turned out so great. This was a nice substitute for me to see this type of story.Actors maybe weren't chosen the right ones however they managed to evolve during the movie. OK, even from the beginning I knew with whom Ally will end up with however it was great to see how their love progressed and how it ended. Maybe few jokes were not my type and actually I didn't laugh at all however that doesn't mean it isn't a comedy.Overall good movie for Monday evening to enjoy alone or with someone just to chill out because this movie is easy understandable and you don't need to think anything and if you missed few scenes you still will understand what is going on
MorbidCupcake You may be thinking this is another typically romantic-comedy and you would be wrong. Yes it does have many laughs and just the right amount of romance. But it is for sure a great stay at home, rainy day, bag of popcorn movie kind of night.Anna Farris in my opinion is the reason to take the time to see the movie. She is fantastic and delivers everything you would come to expect from her and more. Definitely a film that will make you laugh and smile throughout. Chris Evans does play a good part in the film, not his best but good enough. Take the time to watch this film, you won't be sorry.
