Wonderful movie. Usually I'm very critic and don't find most comedies amusing. I loved this movie. I'm also very fond of Maiara Walsh specially in this movie. It helps ... .

This movie is dumb as hell, and some gags don't make sense and they aren't funny, but I actually think that it has some really funny moments. It's true that it's a bad movie, but there're some stupid although smart gags that made me laugh more than once, and I don't usually laugh with this type of absurd comedies. And I give it a 5 because they could done better acting, better special effects and more clever gags and exclude the nonsense gags. Also, as a movie, it's quite shitty. Maybe could work better as a free YouTube movie but I actually think that isn't as terrible as some people says. If you have a free evening you can pass some fun with it.

I only watched a few minutes of this film, but it was just like a pile of poop. Oh wait that's an offense to a pile of poop. If you are a hunger games fan don't watch this film. It's sole purpose is to poke fun at the hunger games. I can tell it has positively no storyline, its completely random. I think it's supposed to be funny, but its not. Not only does it make fun of the hunger games, it makes fun of lord of the rings, the hobbit, harry potter, and much more. It's completely dumb. I think my one star rating is extremely generous. Even a zero star rating would be extremely generous. I have no possible way to express my anger at the doofuses who made this movie. What if people see this and think this is what the hunger games is like? The hunger games is pure genius!!! This is, well how do you put it, uh garbage.

Before I watched "The Starving Games" last night, I had never before watched a parody film. And now, after having watched the aforementioned film (if one can even call it that), I probably never will again. This so-called "comedy" now has the dubious distinction of being the only movie from said genre to fail at evoking so much as even a chuckle from me. This isn't so much a film, as it is a collection of gross-out gags, terrible special effects, and dated pop culture references. If you're looking for a decent comedic plot, look elsewhere, because the plot of "The Starving Games" is basically non-existent. The only way the "plot" of this "film" will make any sort of sense is based on the viewer's prior knowledge of "The Hunger Games". The direction of the film is downright horrendous and it is a wonder that Aaron Seltzer and Jason Friedberg continue to make these atrocities. The dialogue is absolutely terrible and some of the cringe-inducing jokes are repeated ad nauseam. Never before has a movie had me cringing the entire time I watched it. However, if I had the ability to give this movie a zero out of ten, I wouldn't. The reason for that is because of Maiara Walsh, who plays our heroine Kantmiss Evershot. Despite being stuck in one of the worst "films" ever made, she has the potential to break free from this side of Hollywood and even showcases a bit of talent, if only for brief flashes.Filled with pathetic attempts at humor, a nonsensical plot, terrible writing and directing, and mostly wooden acting, "The Starving Games" is the worst "film" I have ever seen. Never before has a comedy film failed to make me laugh. Do yourself a favor and watch anything else out there. It's bound to be better than this abomination (unless it's made by these guys.)1/10
