Jill, a girl angry about being blind and struggling with her faith, unexpectedly inherits an old mansion from her estranged aunt. She and her friends go there to check it out. On the way they have a strange encounter with the creepy Hank. At the house, unnerving things start happening and Jill starts "seeing" things. Her friends become concerned about her sanity, leaving Jill feeling even more isolated and under the spell of the force in the house. But when Jill disappears, it's too late for her friends to stop what is already in motion. The ghost that brought Jill to the house and a soldier from the past are going to reveal their secret, forcing Jill to face her greatest fears, changing her forever.

p_dammeyer I am a fan of suspense style thrillers like Hitchcock Movies and The Twilight Zone series. Here you have three college type kids trying to figure out what's going on with this crazy house. Why would someone just give the main character this old house? One is a scientific type, one character is the caring guyfriend who could be more but is he the trouble maker or friend, the other who lost her faith because of a genetic disorder and is angry at everyone. It's a good story and it keeps you wanting a little more just as it ends. There are good film techniques to help catch that bullet that grazed someone's arm and it was just nice not to see a whole bunch of gore.
hermajestyalesandra A fun flight into fright! This film is imaginative and has a touching twist. Despite the low production value, it is impressive for the budget! It seemed well thought out and decently acted. It is a good flick for a late night. There are a few things that could be improved but to be perfectly honest, those things could have been cleared up with a little more funding. I die film is difficult and you have to just do what you can.
ajtroemn The acting was extremely wooden, with the female lead using her disability as an excuse to stand perfectly still and not act. The male lead's only memorable line out of the entire movie is "What?" (repeated often), coming up only second to his memorable portrayal of the line "Huh?"The stage dressing was also extremely odd, with rooms in the same house having wildly different furnishings, from extremely ornate with hardwood floors in one room to cheap carpeting and blinds in the next. Lighting was also terrible, as it looks like they tried shooting some shots in an actual house, and blue-tinted day to look like night. With that said, both my wife and I love to watch terrible movies to point out how awful it is, and this movie did not disappoint. Will recommend to internet movie reviewers for many lulz.
FilmLover-4 Saw this movie at a film festival in Orem, Utah. Heard the budget was rather low, and the story, quality, and concept -- with redeeming message for a horror film -- blew me away. Make sure you rent this one for a scary movie with a heart. The main leads are all actors on the rise. They did a great job portraying the emotions involved in the story. One of the supporting actors, Julie Sapp, was convincing as the main "ghost" in the story. She was downright scary! She apparently also was a co-writer, co-director-, co-composer, co-everything on this film with her talented husband, Dave Sapp.Imagine what will happen the next time this duo gets more of a budget and makes their next film!
