therightstuff46 This movie is just plain horrible. You only really find out what's going on until like the end of the movie. They talk about the stupidest things in the movie as well. Nothing to do with their situation except the fact they are like the Breakfast club. How they are all locked in school for detention. There is one key thing. This movie sucked compared to the breakfast club. I seen it at a gas station for rent and I thought I would rent it. It looked good but was I even wrong. The only thing haunting me it the fact I paid to see this. This movie left me disappointed and scream at my TV screen asking what is this movie about. It was so boring I couldn't even fall asleep.
raypdaley182 The premise is that 3 kids are kept behind after school for detention for being disruptive during class. The school is a bit on the spooky side but nothing cool is ever going to happen. The teacher who has kept them behind, locks and chains all the doors up and then the kids are stuck there over night but there is something else in the school, and I don't just mean poor old janitor Giuseppe who ends up getting shot (and no-one seems even slightly bothered when that happens by the way).It seems there is the ghost of a boy who drowned in the school pool and is going round killing kids who are in the school after dark. He kills 2 stoner kids in the toilets (with seemingly little or no reason why). The 3 kids decide they are going to try and escape from the school when they discover they are locked in and keep asking to "use a phone", did the director not see the phones on the wall of each class behind them (MAJOR GOOF THERE!).When the black kid starts talking about racialism in films you know he's going to be the 1st of the group to get killed. The 3 kids meet another girl who was in the school for the debate team meeting, the 4 of them get stoned in the lunchroom and eat food.there isn't a great deal of plot behind this film and even less reason behind the killing of the smart girl. She hadn't bullied the ghost, the other 3 had though.the little twist at the end where the teacher had kept the 3 kids back so the ghost could kill them was good, and that he killed the teacher because he'd sexually abused him was very clever but the ending was weak.Very low budget and the phones in the classes was an unforgivable goof.
jess curtis i rated this movie a 7 out of 10, the movie is very low budget shot inside a school, the cast did a great job acting but you could easily pick out mistakes and where they would have a pause and they would speak.. other then that any person who enjoys these types of films would like it, personally i thought it was very good i stumbled across it over the internet didn't know what it was about or who was in it..There is some bits and pieces normal movie buffs can pick out for instance while they are in the music room focus to your right you can see a Stick, perhaps for the microphone moving in and out I'm pretty sure that wasn't meant to be in the movie but hardly noticeable, in conclusion i recommend this film if your not big into a Hollywood cast and if odd photography skills don't bother you then watch it and see for yourself..
