In a time when we can only hope that humanity finally grows up and lets the burdens of religion behind, a movie like this one seems really unnecessary. Believing in something can be good for a person, but must it be superstition? Must it be based on the not understanding of life that religion is? Why not show how much wonder science and nature contain in the reality instead? How our world of organized chaos works and how luck or misfortune come to happen just because there is no god. But not only the goal of the movie is wrong, also the cheap 3d animation and uninspired story are on the same level. This movie is relly not worthy of anyones time.

This is a great way to learn more about the catholic faith. It will renewed your interest and appreciation of the Holy Mass Do not be discourage that is an animated movie. Its content is amazing. The movie is based on visionaries, it is not fiction. Great to watch with the family. The Most Reverend David L. Ricken, Bishop of the Diocese of Green Bay, said of this film: "The Greatest Miracle draws the viewer into the Mass by artistically portraying what we as Catholics believe to be taking place, but what we as human beings are incapable of perceiving with our earthy senses. It beautifully depicts the moment of the Consecration as a continuation of Christ's sacrifice on Calvary, and it celebrates the way in which we "
unite ourselves with the heavenly liturgy and anticipate eternal life, when God will be all in all." (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1326) The film is well worth seeing!
