Vijay Da Storyline is nothing new as promised by the trailer. It is a typical don story portrayed in a gripping manner.First half offers very little except for the climax twist. Director AL Vijay should have concentrated more on it. By the time when you lose the hope on the movie, the second half saves the movie.The build up scenes for Vijay replacing his father as don who save his local people was convincing.Vijay as Vishwa bhai is one of Vijay's best performance till date. Sathyaraj as Vijay's father who played a don was apt for that role. But there wasn't much scope for acting and he shares a very little space on screen.Amala Paul who played Vijay's love interest looked pretty in first half. She has been utilized well. Santhanam's comedy was good though it wasn't a major plus.GVP's bgm was very effective during 2nd half and his tune for Vijay and Amala Paul dance was good.Nirav Shah's cinematography superbly captures Australia's richness and Mumbai's dark side. Stunts by Stunt Silva suited for the film well.Overall, Vijay fans can feel the mass in 2nd half. Neutral audience can give it a try for the second.Thalaivaa - Vijay's winning streak continues.

Really i am proud to see some Tamil films are released in some theaters of France. Watched this movie with Tamil people of France. *****Overall this movie is watchable & mass entertainment*****. No double meaning and politics dialogs. Vijay's acting, fight & dance are appreciated. Director Vijay did his job well. Santhanam comedy is good. ***** All the best Thalaivaa team to release in Tamil Nadu.*****My rating - 4/5

Sarath Kr Thalaivaa is a new generation movie by director Vijay. The first half of the movie is romantic and the second half is very thrilling. The script of this story is the best in Kollywood as the story is very natural. vijay's acting is superb and the fight scenes are perfect. Interval sequence is the best ever seen!!! santhanam rocks!!! The movie would have been more better if it's duration was 2hrs(by avoiding the lags)... after thuppakki, Thalaivaa becomes Vijay's next blockbuster. the only defect of the movie is the lagging scenes, each and every scene of the movie is dragged to maximum time for no reason. the plus points are the movie script, vijay's performance(fast dance,song,acting,fight,etc,etc),santhanam's best performance ever,interval sequence,climax,etc.
