Speed will utilize superpowers to fight a sneering mobster named Torpedo(Marc Lawrence) and his hoodlums(Sal Borgese). But Dave, alike Superman with Kriptonita, lost his power when he sees the red color. Meanwhile arrives Miami a famous actress Rossy la Bouche(Joanne Dru),being the veteran cop her biggest fan .This silly, slight film blends supernatural fantasy and an intrigue about false money. Abundant struggles, fights with punch, kicks and bounds and leaps. Cheesy and rudimentary effects specials with giant globe included.Awful disco music soundtrack by The Bionda with excessive use synthesizer.Average and quite poor cinematography by Silvano Ipolitti, Corbucci's usual. The motion picture is regularly directed by Sergio Corbucci, a Spaghetti Western expert, such as he proved in¨Django,The Mercenarios,Compañeros,Minessota Clay,Ringo and the golden gun,Hellbenders¨, among others. Rating : Mediocre but entertaining. The film will like to Terence Hill fans.

view_and_review The last time I saw Super Fuzz had to be about 15 years ago. That was probably the 50th time I had seen it. Even though it has been a while since I've seen Super Fuzz, I remember that it was a movie I was fond of and probably will always be fond of. It was about a police officer that acquired super powers by witnessing a nuclear explosion. Sure, it wasn't that original and it was a bit comic bookish, but that is not what made the movie. What made the movie is what he did with his new found super powers that he lost whenever he saw the color red. Oh this movie was hilarious. He did one silly thing after another with his powers all the while he annoyed the heck out of his partner. This was an excellent family movie that was just plain funny. The actors chosen for the main characters were a perfect fit and the story just flowed. I give Super Fuzz high marks, it is a must see.

rockhopper10r This is my all-time favourite "B" Movie! Sure, the plot is weak. Sure, some of the actors wouldn't know the Method from a Methodist. Who cares? It's a load of fun!!! And sexy Terence Hill as super-powered cop Dave Speed? Oh man! Dave had the coolest super-powers ever seen on any hero ever. Sure, he does the usual strength, speed and flying stuff, but he does so much more. He has telekinesis, he can broadcast his voice over the radio, instantly hypnotise people to do his bidding, walk on the water, teleport, see through solid objects, predict the future, read minds, and, of course, there's the Orange Bowl scene. He makes 70,000 or so people "disappear" with but a moment's concentration. Where do they go? I always wondered that when I watched it when I was a kid. Anyway, is this great cinema? Doubtful. Is it a whole lot of fun? Oh yeah!

A. Squadrilli Like you heard in the 1,289 comments before.. I watched this on HBO as a kid (I watched it around 1,289 times too) and I will never forget it. What a great movie.. the song.. Oh man, The theme song for Superfuzz I will always remember. This movie brought everything to the plate.. great tunes, super powers, action, chases, bubble gum bubbles, What a film.. If you are any kind of Terence Hill fan, this is a must. They just need to put it out on DVD. Suuupa Suuuupaaaa. Classic!
