Navneet Singh I always like Sunny Deol movies no matter what the box office performance is, but this one is an exception. This is utterly disgusting and stupid. Worthless action twists, stale storyline. The character is totally stupid and irritating in most part of the film. The movie is not even funny, but absurd. Rest everyone of the actors performed good. Songs are ridiculous, not even a single song is worthy of listening. I would not recommend wasting your time on this movie and watch something else. I watched this on Video on Demand and it was a total waste. Looks like I will have to stop expecting good movies from Sunny Deol.
Gary Grover This is one of the best movies ever made Regarding Mumbai Politics. Anil Sharma does it again. Sunny Deol dialogues are the best as usual. And I believe he should deserve an Award. The problem is that lot of people in Mumbai, won't understand Punjabi and Most of the words are in Punjabi. Urvashi has acted really well. Words said by each actor is true to their character. Songs are not 100% the best but still I believe this year's best Actor award should go to Sunny Paaji. But It"s gonna be a tight fight between Singh Saab, Krissh 3, up coming Dhoom 3 and Chennai Express. I would highly encourage everyone to watch this film and decide it for yourself. This movie is truly against Racism......God bless.
gurmeetduggal31 SINGH SAAB THE GREAT!! ?? really what do you mean by that? same old theory. it was like watching the same old sunny deol movie. Dull characters. The same old fashioned hero wanting revenge for loss of his wife. Prakash raj character was the same what we saw in dabbang 2 and singham (the bad guy). Sunny's motive was to have revenge but don't know why he got into social services and becomes a lame leader and the director was trying to show he is a sikh and he helps people( That was not required as per storyline). He easily convinces Amrita Rao that he is a good guy by telling her his story and she believes him and she gets emotional to help her. 70% of the movie had no sense. The director completely wasted the time on parts which were not important. half of the movie was sad and crying for his wife. Sunny deol still thinks he is HULK. He can beat army of thugs and can really lift vehicle?? A COMPLETE DISASTER.THERE IS NO 0 OPTION IN IMDb . FOR THIS MOVIE A BIG 0.
saurabhc_786 Sunny Deol has always been my favorite actor when it comes to action. I don't think there is any other actor in Bollywood who can execute action sequences with as much intensity as Sunny does it and whatever action he does he pulls it off so convincingly that you don't have even fraction of doubt about it.Unfortunately his last couple of movies hadn't been successful, probably because taste of audiences changed in last couple of years specially in metros (though on single screens people still die to watch his actions).I genuinely feel Sunny is one of the most underutilized actors in Bollywood and whenever directors like Santoshi,Anil Sharma or JD dutta utilized him fullest he has come up with performances which can be matched bu none. none means none. I can't recall a single confrontation scene in any other actor's movies which has so much intensity as it has in Ghatak when Sunny says "Utha Utha Patkunga,Utha Utha Patkunga, Halak me hath dal ke Kaleja kheech lunga Haramkhor". I have watched Ghatak so many times but let me tell you I still feel enthralled when I watch this scene in Ghatak. It is the best fight scenes I have ever watched in a movie and I can bet no one else can do it that way. Coming back to SSTG, I found it entertaining from beginning to end with some very nicely choreographed and done action scenes. My favorite action sequence has been the one just before the lunch where Sunny lifts and throws Prakash Raj in to the fire. Oh my God... I have never seen this kind of scene at least in last 10 years in any movie. And when Sunny does it you don't find it over the top becoz you know he really can do that. It really deserves big clapping and whistles from audiences. Direction is good which could have been better and screenplay could have been made bit more meaty but Sunny's performance covers it up. Watch it if you like raw and real action. Watch it if you believe that roaring is one of the natural attributes of anger and there is nothing ridicules about it. and last but not the least watch it for the man whose Dhai Kilo ka Hath has become 5 kilo ka hath now.Giving it 9 out of 10 for one and only Sunny Deol.-Saurabh
