The movie is predictable. The humor is snarky. There are some plot weaknesses. The characters are unrealistic. But it spite of whatever criticism I could come up with, the fact is that it worked well to give us a very enjoyable film. Raven-Symoné and Joanna Garcia-Swisher absolutely shine in this LOL comedy about 3 girls determined to ruin the wedding of their childhood girlfriend Caitlyn McNabb played by Virginia Williams. Caitlyn is getting married to Tony, the former boyfriend of Rachel (Chryssie Whitehead). She claims she is pregnant by him and in this small Louisiana town, that is what they are expected to do. Rachel is still in love with him, and the girls suspect something isn't right. Some minor sexual references

Revenge of the Bridesmaids is an inoffensive, zippy film with some broad acting and even broader comedy.Raven plays Abigail Scanlon and Joanna Garcia is Parker Wald who return to their hometown and learn that their old friend has lost her boyfriend to another friend, Caitlin who is also a conniving gold digger pretending to be pregnant in order to marry him. They go undercover as Caitlin's bridesmaids in order to sabotage the wedding but it goes rather awry. Nevermind that the groom who has left one woman and gone out with her friend comes across as a douche bag.Raven is energetic with her comedy but its also a bit silly and infantile. As its an ABC family comedy it does lack a satirical edge.

I personally LOVE this movie. Yes, it is an ABC movie, but to the comment above (How ABC movies should have low expectations), please done listen. This movie is funny, sexy, smart, and just a good story. Yes, it is kind of easy to pick up on but that is the beauty of. When I am watching the movie, I love to get sucked and not worry about what is going to happen and more of what IS happening. I just generally enjoyed this movie. I've seen it a million times. I would recommend this to ANYONE who has even a slightest interest in romance, comedies, and romantic comedies. By far my favorite ABC movie besides Snow globe. PLEASE WATCH!

Bridesmaid #1 has a fight with her true love, who then sleeps with Bridezilla who then tricks him into thinking she's pregnant so she can marry him and access his millions. Bridesmaids #2 and 3 plot with Bridesmaid #1 to take Bridezilla down and re-unite the oblivious groom with Bridesmaid #1.It being an ABC Family movie, I had low expectations that were more than aptly met. Unoriginal jokes, plot, and characters. I really would hope that most teenagers are a little smarter than people in Hollywood seem to think. "Romantic comedies" are based around the fact that no one can communicate clearly, and this one is I suppose meant to be fun and nonsensical, but that doesn't make it better by any means. I'm rather saddened that Hollywood has yet again misplaced blame. Yes, Bridezilla was an awfully outrageously crooked person, but I'd say Bridesmaid #1 and the groom should have had the sense to resolve their "one little argument" before the groom goes off and decides he's gonna have a one night stand with someone. If you're in as much love as they repeatedly claim these two are, you'd think they would have a more solid foundation.Chryssie Whitehead as Bridesmaid #1 is the only good thing about this "movie". I saw her in an episode of In Plain Sight, and she killed all the scenes she was in. She has so much sweetness and expression, she puts the lousy acting abilities of the two top-billing actresses, JoAnna Garcia and the awful Raven-Symone, to shame.Only see it on TV, if you wanna see it at all.
