Guy fell and broke CD in half? And the dude carries an extra copy? Hahaha!! CD's don't break in half like glass, idiot!! There're so many scenes in the movie where this guy could have been taken out easily yet everyone acted like sheep being herded. And the undercover cop stood out with hand in the back supposedly reaching for gun but just stood there waiting to get shot. Hahaha!! that's hilarious. And the 2 victims came to take his body....well, they could have taken his gun...duh!!! Oh...and that stupid lady got upset stood up and yelling but didn't do anything?? That makes no sense. Bottom line is I think a 10 yr old can make a better movie.

I have to admit, i did enjoy the senseless slaughter, in the way i enjoy watching Rambo and all those other movies where you see bang-bang for no reason at all. But the real reason i think they added the violence is to force idiots, who don't care and don't want to think, to actually think about the message. Although the message sometimes feels like brainwash and goes a bit fast, it gets through if you can keep up. in my opinion they should have slowed down a bit and take more breaks in between of his ranting (which could be filled with more shooting). I totally agree with his views, and we do have to fight over-population. but just killing isn't the solution, we should think about something else. sure politicians should be hanged for their crimes, but maybe we can make a prison colony and put em there, like how Australia used to be, but this time put the real criminals there. at last i do think this movie might inspire people to rise up in a violent way, and that would be bad. although we cant change the world without sacrifice, we should try to keep things a bit civilized. i hope no-one will go on killing spree after seeing this, no matter how * off you are.

First of all whoever watched the first movie and this, you can clearly see that whoever directed this just came up with different plot of this guy "fighting for truth" just to continue this crappy sequel. Everything is just horrible in this movie, i understand its a movie but comon...Person who shoot out randomly several dozen of people including cops, he would be marked as domestic terrorist, authority would be all over that guy there would be no way for him to even show up on the street without being shot at. Then there is the message, OK government is corrupt and world is messed up, what a "big news". I don't even want to go there as I already typed enough for this crap. Lol just wanted to say at the end he sits and freely drinks his coffee or whatever and no one recognizes him, then kid passes and he gives a gun with some dumb message of changing the world. This movie is for imbeciles? Certainly looks like it, I want my time that I wasted of my life back.

I'm not going to say I was excited for "Rampage: Capital Punishment" because I was a fan of the first film—which just sounds strange because no one admits to liking anything by Uwe Boll, not even some of the actors who've worked with him. However, I do believe that "Rampage" was the only film Boll succeeded with
however, lightning didn't strike twice with its sequel. In fact, it was almost back to business as usual with Boll and his inability to tell a decent story.First off, like the first film, Boll actually commands some decent camera work and repeats the formula of using hand-held cameras well by putting the viewer right there in the action. Also, like the first film, Brendan Fletcher is doing a decent job in the role of mass-murderer Bill Williamson—however, changes with the character and terrible writing make the character less of a chilling madman who loses his grip on reality and his respect for human life and makes him more of a preachy, nihilistic annoyance who loves to hear the sound of his voice.Boll fills the film with a buttload of anarchistic rants and lunatic ravings and refuses to let the character of Bill Williamson shut up or even battle anyone with an opposing viewpoint. Instead, Williamson is presented as a man with all the answers (even though a lot of his viewpoints are contradictory) and he is treated as some genius rather than some wacko who went to Facebook and compiled a long and insane diatribe about how the U.S. is a moral sewer and the only answer is to kill the people the writer is conveniently against. The film tested the limits of my patience as I had to sit through one long politically fueled monologue after one long politically fueled monologue and it turned the once terrifying character of Williamson into more of an annoyance that made me cry for the credits than a threat who will strike anyone at anytime. It seems to be what I'm used to with Uwe Boll as he made a completely needless sequel to one of the only good films he made and, not surprisingly, managed to screw it up with too much dialogue, an ending that wants you to think it was unpredictable and brilliant but was seen coming a mile away, and a preachy message that is all over the place and completely unfocused.Greetings!
