jbccancer I wish I could find something positive to say about this movie but there really is not anything positive about it. Maybe if you like porn actresses you may relate to the acting? The plot is all over the place. There is no real character development. None of the characters in the movie are likable. The movie gives you no one to root for. As for as cinematography, there is poorly shot green screen sequences. You would think a movie set in Peru would at least have some decent scenery. As I mentioned earlier, the plot in undecipherable from the beginning of the movie. About two-thirds of the way thru the movie there is what some would pass as a plot twist. The problem is that the "twist" actually makes the movie even worse. Just a waste of time.
luisfreak2009 OMG, i can't believe what i just watched in this "horror film????" (i don't think so, folks". I introduce you the worst acting ever known by humans. Are these guys real actors or they still go to acting school??? The plot was the usual MUMBO-JUMBO about a haunted house, someone died or was killed, ghosts wandering around, group of curios teenagers, hidden books, etc. The only watchable part of the film was this hot blonde chick MEGAN, and the most disappointing part was the accent of some of these so-called "actors". I rented this video last Tuesday (that's a dollar i'll never get back) and I know i now why nobody has entered a review for this CRAP. To sum up, don't never, EVER, rent or purchase LA HACIENDA; TRUST ME. My vote is a 2 'cause I'm generous (lol)
