Prashast Singh Kochadaiiyaan is the first Indian motion capture film and therefore I was not able to resist myself from watching this superb movie and I found that it was not just a superb animation film, but also a paisa vasool entertainer!Seeing Rajinikanth in three roles for the very first time for me is very amazing experience. I had never seen him in such a superb movie. The performances, action sequences, animations, music were all the elements that it has utilized very well.I was awestruck how such an animation is possible. On the whole,Kochadaiiyaan is a solid film that will appeal not only to Rajini fans, but to audiences of all ages.Solid entertainer!
Venkata Abbiah The story is purely opted for Rajini kanth. Excellent work by K.S. Ravi kumar. But If you watch it for Rajini, you will miss something in the film. (I will say it is feel that what we are seeing is not real Rajini). In climax Rajini had took a javelin kind of weapon which lay on the floor in a styled manner. If He acted in this scene(without motion capture). It will definitely made the audience for an immediate next show. But if you watch the movie for story, you need not to worry about how motion capture has worked in the film. it is such a good story. I felt fatigue only for the romance scenes.During Sarath kumar's Intro, it would be better if it is told that "This is Sarath Kumar". And the same for the heroine. Its the effect of animation. If the cast and crew is not revealed by the production team. No one can identify that Sarath and Depika had acted in the film.Anyhow Appreciation should be given for the first attempt as well as the first success of a Tamil motion capture.
amogh-cooldude65 This movie rides a mixture action, drama, emotion, love, thrills, twist and turns, war and of-course the rajni bang.. with his unique style and his ever remembering dialogs...Definitely watchable for all the thalaivaa fans out there u would enjoy it as hell... This is the second try of the (performance capturing Technology) by the Indian Tamil cinemas after maattran.... but it didn't go well as expected.... I would say animation flaws were their... and tat rajni in real effect was not present..... However, the plot of the film was well written to catch the audience mood.... Story is great... A must watch movie in theaters i would recommend..so guys enjoy the experience of the movie... DON'T MISS IT..!!
Cranetech material Handling eqiupment Firstly, it would be appropriate to congratulate director Soundarya Rajnikanth for bringing such a unique technology to Indian screen. The way Rajnikanth's introduction, his first song and fight sequences have been designed are marvelous. Kochadaiiyaan's flash back, and the entire war sequences in the climax have been designed and executed supremely. Dialogues mouthed by Rajnikanth in the pre-climax episodes, are awesome and make Rajnni fans go crazy. A R Rahman's music is yet another plus for this movie. The way he elevates the story with his songs, only adds to the flow of the film. The way veteran actor Nagesh has been recreated is quite good
