Okay, this is not as good as Zatoichi. It's not as good as Crimson Bat. But, it is better than Rutger Haur's Blind Vengance. The film is shot on video and has fairly decent special effects despite that. It is fairly well directed and well-paced...However, that being said, the characters are uninspired and non-charismatic. There's a Wolverine (from X-Men) knock-off and someone who likes to throw steel balls around. It should be more exciting than it is...But, for an evening of blind swordswoman thrills, if you cannot find Zatoichi or one of the four Crimson Bat movies. This will certainly kill seventy-six minutes for ya...
