I loved this movie and have watched it 3 times already! Ferrets make great companion pets and it makes a nice change to see them portrayed in a positive light. All too often they are seen as biter, smelly animals when in fact they are intelligent loving little creatures. The acting was good throughout and the subject matter of the death of a parent was handled well with much compassion. It also shows well how difficult parents can find life when their wife/husband passes away. I would like to thank all of the actors and crew for helping make this such a special movie. A special thanks to Alison Parker and all of the wonderful people who donated to make this movie possible.

I have been watching this film's progress for a long time, at last a good film about a ferret. Hope someday to see a full length version-- love love love this movie.A must see for all ferret folk and non-ferret people as well-- in fact! If you're an animal lover, watch this movie! Those who say animals can't love are so wrong. Jake & Jasper shows the loving bond between animal & human. My first ferret was brought into our home to help with my daughters depression-- he saved her life and sanity and made a confirmed FERRET lover.I loved Jake & Jasper: A Ferret Tale!!! I thought Connor Stanhope and Falcor (the ferret) I was left wanting MORE though.

I LOVE this film! I was amazed at how much emotion can be brought to a short film.I cried sad tears and happy tears! This is for animals lovers of all kinds especially ferret lovers! It's great to finally see a positive/real portrayal of a ferret in a movie(great job Falcor!) It's obvious that an animal lover made this film and she did a great job. This is a movie the whole family can watch and enjoy together (and the fuzzies!) I intend to watch this over and over again! I would love to see a full length version of this get made.2 thumbs up from this ferret lover! and 20 paws up from the fuzzies!

I have been waiting for this film for a long time, at last a film about a ferret. I am a little albino ferret, and my mummy is helping to write this review. When I first saw the forerunner with all the cardboard animals, I knew that I had to help, so I saved up my pennies and became a funder. How pleased I am that I did this, as Alison has done us proud with this film. Although it is only about half an hour long, it is still filled with love and compassion, and shows just how much we little ferrets can help people in times of need. Now I am hoping that a full length film will be made, as I am waiting to see what happens to the family now they have just found each other again, and little Jasper is now included as a valued member. A good family film, and a must for ferret lovers!!!
