Max Swindlehurst I was looking forward to this release since I've been watching Jackass 3D in Theater. I knew that there would be a 3.5 with even more fun and stupidity.3.5 is a perfect continuation of 3. The Phantom camera segment had me in hysterics! Bombs Away was brilliant, especially the part filmed by the Phantom camera. (Yes, I am a huge fan of that camera.) It truly seemed like Johnny Knoxville was going to get away with his little Slip 'N Bowl prank until the very end ;) The boys keep getting better with age. I truly don't want the Jackass era to ever end.I love this film. ( Espially Electric Limbo and Rat Zapper and Basketball ball ). Its better than Jackass 3 as the cast interviews are great. Some of the stunts are a little dull (they were the ones that were cut) but the behind the scenes pranks are so funny. I do feel sad when I watch it though, RIP Ryan Dunn. If you loved Jackass 3 you will love this. The interviews are great and most of the stunts are just as funny, crude and twisted.

Hellmant 'JACKASS 3.5': Three Stars (Out of Five) Like 'JACKASS 2.5' before it, this direct to video (and internet) sequel compiles most of the scenes that didn't make it into the theatrical release 'JACKASS 3D'. All of the gang is back including Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, Steve-O, Dave England, 'Wee Man', Preston Lacy, Ehren McGhehey and the late Ryan Dunn. The co-creator of 'JACKASS' (with Knoxville and Spike Jonze) Jeff Tremaine (and director of all the other 'JACKASS' films) returns to direct. The film plays more like a collection of deleted scenes and commentary than an actual movie but it's still a lot of fun if you're a fan of the franchise (and more of the usual).The movie mostly consists of stunts that didn't go off as planned or were less effective than desired (which is the major reason it's not as good as the theatrical release). It also contains interviews with the cast and crew discussing each stunt/scene and what they liked about it as well as what they thought went wrong. It plays out more like an actual documentary than the theatrical 'JACKASS' films (sort of like an extended extra feature from one of the other DVDs. It's still pretty funny though and like I said a lot of fun.If you've seen the other movies and TV show you obviously don't need a review to tell you what to expect, like I said it's more of the same. There's plenty of vulgar and crude humor as well as a ton of male nudity (definitely not for the homophobic). I've read some rants discussed with how gay these films are (as well as the cast) but it seems like someone who would complain about that sort of thing has got some issues to figure out themselves. Like all 'JACKASS' films it's all done in good taste. It is somewhat emotional to see Ryan Dunn again on film after what happened to him. There's some great scenes of him and Bam bonding that really capture the humanity of both men (in a more rare way than the other films, it seems to me, maybe it just appears that way now though). The film, like all the others, is a great tribute to Dunn but it would be nice to see a collection of all his greatest stunts and scenes (I'm sure one is coming). georgegrant12 I loved this movie! The stunts are hilarious, i was in fits through out the whole movie! For me, I found Jackass 3.5 Way better than the other 4 movies. 2.5 disappointed me as all it was was interviews and stunts that just made you giggle slightly. But 3.5 is a whole other story... the opening is great and drags you in straight away, it starts of with tons of painful stunts, including Stevo being bit on the ass by a snapper turtle and the fat f**** falling from a tree! The first three quarters made me laugh my head off but the last 10 minutes disappointed me a bit, so the movie doesn't end well, but that doesn't matter. A great movie, definitely worth buying for the price it is! A must have for all stunt loving people and all Jackass fans! Love it!

Steve Pulaski I've been known to really enjoy Jackass because not only is it amusing to watch, but it's like a series of failures or bloopers compiled into a film. After being hit or injured, their only response is laughter. Like that was what they wanted to achieve. Jackass 3D was released in 2010, and like with the previous installment, a Direct-to-DVD "film" was released that included all the unused stunts that were originally cut for the film.Jackass 3.5 was clearly released without the care and attention put to the previous film. There is no consistency. Usually in Jackass films some of the best stunts are in the middle with the big opening and the grand finale to end it off. This one is at a very slim and slender eighty-four minutes and just packs some of the mildest Jackass has ever offered. A lot of it is funny, but not a lot is very elaborate or clever.We get Wee-Man painted into a wall, the secretary nearly peeing herself after a train horn being installed in her office goes off, and way too many kicks in the nuts. We get little random five second clips, but the most interesting is when the jackasses are face to face with the camera discussing stunts and how it is to be a jackass. Bam says it's fifty-fifty most of the time. Saying fifty percent of the time it's "fun as hell" with the remaining fifty being "anxiety and paranoia" about what will happen next. They're interesting, but not long enough to deem my satisfaction.My two favorite stunts were "Bombs Away!" and "The Fire Gauntlet." "Bombs Away!" is when the gang fills two liter bottles of diet coke with peppermint candies and then throws them, full force, at the ground to cause a loud and messy explosion. I'm surprised my buddies and I haven't killed ourselves doing that. "The Fire Guantlet" I refuse to talk about. I want you to have the same jaw dropping reaction I did.Heavily hyped, but ultimately lacking in cutting edge stunts and gags, Jackass 3.5 shows not much more than the movie. What was cut was made for the best because nothing here should've been in the movie, besides "The Fire Gauntlet." I did like how we saw the castmates hit and beat up on each other frequently. Maybe a spin off series will be called Jerkoff where the aged Jackasses beat up on their friends.
