Kudos to the director for he take the risk not many will to do, for sure not in any other north Indian Industry willing to take. The movie has every other south Indian masala minus the action.
Coming about the part what makes me dislike the misadventure, What level of fool would you be to spend the money printed in 2015 in the year where you don't have the level of printing technologies like now ? It's like two 12 year olds are playing with a machine which can interpolate the whole universe. Okay there are some clever interpretations about time travel, but all the complexities of time travel, and the time paradoxes clearly ignored.
The movie is a south Indian vision about how HG wells's story "Time Machine" will be. The story is still original as there are only few things taken from the real one.
Overall, I'd suggest to ignore this if you are a cult Sci-Fi fan, otherwise it's a good watch. Hope I clear the mist why I rated it 5/10.

I think this is the best Tamil movie I've seen in recent times. There was no stupidity that is usually associated with Tamil Sci-Fi movies. The plot is just mind boggling and ends in an awesome manner.I've seen a lot of Tamil movies with happy ending, but the happy ending would be so obvious. But this is the only movie where the happy ending makes sense. Also credit really goes to the crew as well. The actors are great and poised, Direction and comedy sense are perfect and no extra use of Tamil songs. Background score though not out of the world, suits the film.Overall, this ranks among the best Tamil films I've seen in my life.

This movie has such a well constructed core that makes it very simple to watch even though it is a story about time travel. It got me excited to write a review for it. I congratulate and adore the filmmakers who've given the audience(comprising of a wide range of them) such a beautifully scripted narrative, laying out scenes without any hassle.FOR THOSE YET TO WATCH(which I presume would be most), this is going to be something of a treat from the regular movies. Watch it with friends and family. Or you could also choose to watch it alone, to miss those annoying ones who pop questions at every chance the movie slips their intellectual capacity. Time well spent. Talent will be appreciated and a show made to entertain. The characters are kept to the usual numbers with the story revolving around the lead characters(hero, heroine, and comedian/bff). It initially seems to layout an easy narrative for the audience to sink in and then takes us on time travel. Funny scenes and time altering scenarios help the audience understand and revel in the plot. The music by HIPHOP TAMIZHA is a good call. More room to improve even though the BGM and title song were new to common ears, but not to a fan like me. CRITICALLY speaking, its more than what one would call an effort. Its the courage and thoughtfulness to deliver a quality film that I personally feel has respected its graphic/animation/design artists. Kudos to the filmmaker for seeing them through his eyes and for the actors to excel in their characters. Thank you each and every one for not overdoing it! (If you guys read this). This is a movie that has checked in to my favorite-movies-of-all-time list.

Its usually difficult to make people understand about the working mechanism of a Time Machine, it leaves lot of questions in people mind if not handled with care. But that was not the case in this movie, the whole Time travel thing is made easy for every one to understand (not sure we can make that much number of jumps - cool to have like that). The movie starts with relatively(since this is sci-fi movie, i'm using this word) slow pace then gets into its full pace when the gangster who is supposed to be dead is alive. We can able to predict something about the movie, but not all of them, It's a good movie to watch. The same movie with a big budget and a big hero will be a super hit, but the characters did what was expected from them, especially Karunkaran and Vishnu. At the last you will have a good feeling, i think that's what we want when we move out of theaters. Thumbs up.
