jclingan Thought this would go more towards the old Police Squad type movies but it just stayed pretty straight. Nothing great but decent acting. I've seen a lot worse.I enjoy the main actor when he's playing off someone else like he does in Curb. Bummer that we only get 30 seconds of Kaley Cuoco.

sondra-13 Definitely in the vein of Curb Your Enthusiasm, but not as funny. I'm surprised Jeff Garlin didn't do more with this. I get the irony, the super dry humor. However, it's very predictable, and the jokes are cheap. But, it kinda grew on me, as I watched, and I see the potential for more episodes. If I have the choice, I'd rather watch CYE, but I like Jeff Garlin, so I'd probably give in and watch more if they produce a series.

Michael Ledo The film is clearly a spoof of the NBC Mystery Movie series one of which featured "Columbo" where we knew the killer and the fun was watching Columbo entrap them. In this film the killer introduces himself at the beginning of the feature and there is a severe lack of suspects. The fun of the film is watching straight Gene Handsome (Jeff Garlin) deal with all the LA quirky characters around him including his over-sexed partner (Natasha Lyonne). Kaley Cuoco plays herself in a neighbor cameo. Guide: F-word. Implied sex. Sex talk. No nudity.

rufirefly Not sure why there can be any hate or dislike for this Handsome movieit's just a light Quirky do no one any harm throw back to Columbo or Cannon with a Wacky Charactersall the performances are great and it Zips along Jeff Garlin gives us a quirky 80 min escape from our crazy & ugly world add some HANDSOME to the day and give it a watch
