fayeaydin-75826 This is the worst movie ever, I'm sorry! So much so that years after I watched it I came on IMDb to prove to others how truly abysmal it was only to find some reviewers gave it a higher rating because they felt it was unfairly rated less by others! Well, people rated it what they felt it deserved so I now rate it at 1 star which is absolutely what it should be rated as and hopefully the crappy overall rating will also drop. Also, I just want to point out that not long after this embarrassment of a 'film', 'fiddy' started to vanish off the scene and his popularity waned. What a surprise. Said no one ever. Also I would really like to know what pushed Terence Howard to sell out and appear in this SPOILER ALERT 'everyone wants to such 50-cent off' abomination- sorry if I gave the plot away but that's basically what this movie is aaaalllll about. 10 years on and I still can't get over how bad this movie is. I want my 2 hours back

Barbara Charming this movie should die like his mother, its fake all fake 50 cent does not have a 13 inch uncut salami pole, his mothers tuna town would have not taken it, even tho it was looser than 2 chainz watches. anyways the booty in the movie was OK I never have seen a niggaars dairy air before it looks like a gorillas dry butt hole.

dinosfearon most of the people who gave this a bad review are probably the same people that gave eminem's film 8 mile a good review. both films depict the life's of the two rappers and in my opinion this film is better because 50 Cent has been through MUCH more in his life than Eminem has. the only difference is that 50 cent is black. People hatred for 50 cent and or maybe gangster rap probably have given them a tainted view on this film. it is not glorifying drug dealing etc like other films such as American gangster with denzil washington or film series such as breaking bad does, it is just merely telling a story of someones life. The fact that most of it is a true story should be enough to help people sit back and learn about the upbringing of one of the biggest stars this century. not a great film but no where near terrible.

Prismark10 The film is supposedly a biographical account of 50 cents own life. I am sure a lot of artistic liberties has been taken and then some more.Its well directed, well acted, a lot of violence, swearing, rap music and there is some tenderness as well.Its another story of someone who ends up on the wrong side of the tracks, gets in with some hoodlums, in jail and finds redemption through music.If you do not like rap music its not for you. 50 Cents does OK in the lead role but he surrounds himself with a good supporting cast and a sure- footed director.
