With nutritionally-depleted foods, chemical additives and our tendency to rely upon pharmaceutical drugs to treat what's wrong with our malnourished bodies, it's no wonder that modern society is getting sicker. Reviews

Tara Food Matters was a great movie! I really enjoyed it and it taught me a lot about the types of food that are good and that are not good to eat. It talked about what is considered nutritional or not nutritional. It also explains the importance of vitamins in a daily diet. If he or she doesn't consume the right foods or vitamins, it can cause serious health issues and mental illnesses. It can also help cure certain health concerns or issues. I feel it is an important movie for anyone to watch and it addresses several issues, concerns, and statements that I strongly feel are crucial to know. The movie contained interesting facts and points that were made. Again, I highly recommend this movie to all people.
David Austin Such a bimodal distribution in the reviews ... wonder why? Look at the content. Those who are for it, are totally for it, and in every case it is because they have personally experienced what Saul is talking about. Those against it are totally against it, abusive in fact, have never .. . let me repeat: NEVER tried Saul's recommendations. Also, in general they are squaking out of being completely offended because their pride has been hurt by Saul's accusations. Can you say "biased"?Especially with regard to vitamin therapies. For every peer review with original data (not trumped up "comprehensive reviews" which is a ploy to cherry pick data to fit your desired outcome) ... original data that shows no benefit from IVC you will find NONE that followed the recommended protocol that would achieve a minimum of millimolar concentrations of vitamin C in blood serum. In otherwords ... they're all underdosed. For those properly dosed (usually requires a minimum of 10g/dose of intravenous vitamin C) EVERY study has found at a minimum significant quality of life improvements from energy, to pain management, to organ function, to attitude and wellness for most of the respondents. There are at least 4 dozen peer reviewed studies all with original data, that show such findings ... and that's quality of life ... if you want to actually kill cancer with vitamin C you need even more. At least 50g per dose. Not increasing blood levels of vitamin C up into the millimolar range has been a very effective way to create a study that pretends to show that Vitamin C is ineffective at killing cancer. Also, the convenient neglect regarding quality of life improvement from vitamin C is also very devious by those more interested in saving the reputation of their medical comrades than in looking deeper into the data to see how horribly underdosed their "proof" is, or how all the test subjects were stage 4 metastatic chemo resistant patients in their coveted anti-vitamin C studies.Meanwhile many oncologists, not all mind you, will push experimental oral chemo drugs costing $10,000 per month to buy someone an extra %15 longer survival, whereas PROPER-protocol (emphasis on "proper) IVC (intravenous vitamin C) in general extends life far further for 1/8th that cost plus imparts a ton of quality of life improvements while the oral chemo makes people feel like crap and want to die. These are the facts. And FYI .. that crap about super high dose vitamin C causing cancer ... beyond laughable. All the actual tests prove the opposite: higher dose more selectively kills cancer (while strengthening the normal cellular matrix). annamichelleee I am in the natural health field, so I KNOW there is a HUGE difference between what is taught in the medical nutrition classes and what is taught in the natural nutrition classes. Now, colleges do not label their nutrition classes to be "medical nutrition", it just simply says "nutrition". But, I have taken nutrition in college and 50% of the information I heard was false, but I kept my mouth shut because the teacher is only teaching what SHE learned from HER medical nutrition teacher. So yes, the reviewer above thinks the documentary is propaganda just because they are basing it off what their personal knowledge is from the college they've been to. Trust me, my nutrition class talked about diet and vitamins, but it was so nonsensical that I couldn't believe that all the "to be" nurses in the class were buying to the information. Go to a holistic center (a REAL holistic center, not the medical ones trying to cover their ass and still receive money) and take a real course. Or even, if you are Christian read the BIBLE, and it will tell you to eat RAW fruits and vegetables and it will discuss that the people were vegan and vegetarian until the flood came and wiped out the vegetation, and only then did they begin to eat meat. This documentary is trying to bring you the truth. Why? Because they want YOU to be your own doctor, and they want YOU to do your own research, and not listen to everything you hear from your doctor. If that includes researching information you hear in this documentary SO BE IT! Do the research before you make your conclusions. Now, my naturopathic teacher who taught me had a story. Her mother was dying in the hospital, and her doctor was trying to save her life with medication. My teacher had a book of medication and how they can interfere with each other, so when the doctor tried to recommend a new medication my teacher looked it up in the book and said, "It says here that these two medications can cause death". So the doctor took the book and started looking up what medication would be appropriate for her mother. Nothing saved her life of course, but the end of the story turns out like this: This medical doctor took a course with my NATUROPATHIC doctor, and told her "thank you so much. Working every day in the health field, you begin to lose sight of what is important. After many years of working here, I forgot how the body actually worked." So, if a medical doctor isn't told the absolute truth about vitamins or diet, and then loses sight of the REAL function of the body... What do you expect to happen to our people? If you are in the medical health field, do yourself a favor and don't bother watching this documentary. The medical field is not willing to compromise, and neither is the natural field. There really is no harmony between these dividing divisions. So, for those of you in the middle here, just watch the documentary and research the information for yourself. Don't strictly go by what the other reviewer said, and don't strictly go by what I say. YOU are your own doctor; YOU need to be responsible for YOUR OWN health; YOU need to do the research.
dkynaston88 Nothing New Age about it! The types of people trying to get the message across that food matters, have been around for AGE's. It's just that most people can't handle the truth and choose to see it as new age baffle. A lot of emphasis goes on the Pharmaceuticals and money changers, but I think the public is just as much to blame for turning a blind eye.Is what it is...It tells the truth and most of the people telling it simply don't get the recognition they deserve as their credentials are not recognized by the very firms that poison us to begin with. How can they only 6% of doctors in medical schools are only being taught about the importance of nutrition. The System is a Joke and most people are laughing their way, to their own graves. Since viewing over 12 months ago I have personally recovered from a host of illnesses. Its change my life around and I know it's True.Well worth the watch, you'll be thankful you did!
