mado-26856 The rating I made should say more than you need know.
con_au I'm going to say that following contains spoilers except nothing could make this film more spoiled than it already is. I made a lot of use of the forward button to race through the "kinky fu##ery" scenes because I've rarely seen anything so awkward. The best part of the while film is seeing Kim Basinger's character's face get both a drink thrown in it and slapped in the same scene. To be fair Kim Basinger looks mortified by being in this, which should tell you something. The whole series of books and films are an insult to anyone who has a few kinks in them as a result of some trauma, and also to the people who choose a dom/sub lifestyle for any reason. Some films are greater than the sum of their parts but the despicable premise, horrible script and scenery chewing delivery means that this film ends up far less than the sum of its. Jamie Dorman has chops and I died a little inside for him after seeing this film which absolutely is, as has been said before, far worse than the first instalment. Not sexy, just dumb.
blapple90 Honestly a little better than the first and this one had some different story lines in there other than just two people going at it for 2 hours. Interested in seeing how the third movie wraps the whole series up since I won't be reading the books
merelyaninnuendo Fifty Shades DarkerThe plot has a lot to offer but it lacks character development and worst of all execution which just results into dull and dry emotions and addition to that the lead actors lacks acting skills.
