Portrait of Donna Weiss, a Philadelphia singer and songwriter, who is blind. Her career began at Philadelphia's Suburban Station where passers-by have been serenaded by her for many years. With her guide dog Conner, Donna negotiates her route through the city, performs in a local restaurant, and shows how she copes with blindness
