People use an orgasm machine that plugs into the medulla.For the most part, the film had two people in it and one room. It wasn't really explained how anyone survived. Our protagonist got 7 cans of food one day, but that was a rarity. Not sure what he ate normally and why there weren't zombies. The idea seems to be using sex to control women, an addiction like heroin, although any metaphor wasn't made clear.Guide; F-word, sex, brief nudity....less than what you would expect from the description.
