qknguyen426 So I just watched the movie, and to be honest, it wasn't that bad. Okay. So here goes. This is going to be a HUGE Spoiler warning.SPOILER!!!Okay, so the action was great. They incorporated some martial arts like vovinam, and it was pretty cool seeing people getting stabbed. However, my issue was the plot. It is very similar to the movie Troy. Helen is the pretty girl name Huong. Paris is the main character name Lam. Hector is Lam's brother name Hung Dao. Menelaus is like Tai Nhot, and Achilles is like Feng "Dust." It has the exact same structure. Huong loves Lam more than Tai Nhot due to Tai Nhot being older and violent than her (she's like in her early 20s and Tai Nhot is like in his 50s). Tai Nhot orders Feng to find her, etc. Overall, the movie is 40 percent action, but the plot is just average. There's not that room for character development so you really don't care for them that much except for Huong. The audio is kind of weird too. Sometimes the grunting doesn't mix well with the fighting. And to the end, you just wish Lam would win against Tai Nhot. If you want to watch an action movie, this is the movie for you. But if you want to watch good story telling, then this movie won't surprise you.

musikcraft Bad acting. Directors need to put some soul in their actors, not just have them read the script. Really good realistic actions that needs major sound work, then it would be amazing. Fighting was like Young and Dangerous gone Donnie Yen. Lots of themes going on. Love, loyalty, brotherhood, etc. I don't know why they didn't release this besides the bad acting. My guess is that it depicts a social economic problem Vietnamese government is ashamed of. If you lived in Vietnam you would've seen some looney stuff, little blood doesn't scare anybody. We have a dish made with blood. I enjoyed it overall. Johnny's vietnamese is so corny omg.

alankatznew first at all you have a huge Worldwide Superstar in the film .. with credits in (Mortal Kombat) .. and so other important Hollywood action movies ... respectful man ..who did an excellent job as usual ..before Tony J ..exists Mister Jhonny Nguyen ..in all his glory!! there's no other director to do this masterpiece , is like the superman of the Thailand movies .. is a gang criminal film .. based on the internal violent confrontation so forget the acting ..there's no acting good in action .. is easy as that ...they don't do a Lego DUMBASSES movie .. no no this is serious !! the REAL DEAL !! by the way no one in this world knows so much about martial marts ..like all these actors .. they got hard training before and supper massive moves also a little bit risky ..but great results .. pushing limits forwards

The trailer got me exited and I was hoping this will showcase Vietnamese talents on the big screen. My hope got shader after watching 10 minutes. The acting and fighting was so bad that I could not continue. Luckily this movie did not make it to the theater in Viet Nam. I have no idea what they were thinking when making this film.
