beyersverre I did not like this movie. I was expecting a good superhero movie where batman was a good guy that you always could like. But this movie did a terrible job to try to make the batman movie more sexual, and it shares no place with the batman franchise. In total it was a bad movie

Carlos André Well, there isn't much to talk about this movie. In fact, it's just a silly but entertaining animation (for the most part), it's far from DC's best, but is far from the worst too. Although, I think that the movie will have a hard time to find his public, it has some sexual jokes in some parts, so I really don't know if is the best DC animation for kids, but, at the same time, it sounds like a fluffy dumb kid movie for the majority of his runtime, thus I don't think that is for adults too. Anyway, Batman and Harley is over all just a short and "ok" DC animation, will someday show up on the TV, you'll probably see, and may like, or might not.Other things: The animation isn't great, but is better than some recent DC films (like Son of Batman, or Batman vs Robin). The structure itself is pretty basic, predictable and etc, you basically knows how the film will end (almost). Overall, I get it (kind off), but I really don't like the way that they approach Batman here, he gets his ass kick to almost everyone (so does nightwing), and he does some silly jokes as well.

beastangel21 I know we are used to see Batman animations and movies to see in a dark way past a few years. This is just a different approach. It does not give you an outstanding fiction but it makes you smile. Just give it a try and try to see it separated from all other Batman/DC universe fiction. You won't regret.

But tell me, Bruce Timm, what the hell were you thinking?First Batman The Killing Joke which had Batman and Batgirl make out with each other and now Nightwing and Harley Quinn hooking up into an apartment. What is next Tim Drake and Selina Kyle, Jason Todd and Pama Isly (Position Ivy) or Bane and Talia? Because these are really stupid ideas for hookups.I was going to give it a one but instead, I am giving it a 3 since the art style and character designs especially Poison Ivy's sexy design was brought back. The movie was just plain weird because of the story and the horrible ending. It was weird not seeing Robin, Batgirl, Alfred or Jim Gordan in this movie as well. But if you are a fan of DCAU avoid this movie at all costs.
