In looking at other reviews I see that Harold is pretty popular. For me he was annoying and Sergio Di Zio was overly passionate. Toward the end, it was understandable when he was running out of time, but he was the too intense early on. And I know you have to suspend credibility in these movies, but I just didn't see why Dave would trust him. In addition, I never warmed up to Dave. I didn't see any spark to him.I liked the job Jessalyn Gilsig did, with one exception. The exception - I didn't think her voice was outstanding, as you would expect for someone aspiring to solo, not even in the special song. She was nice to listen to, but just that - nice. The song itself was also nice.Since many other reviewers liked the acting, at least Di Zio, maybe you will too, in which case the story in this movie is good and has layers. We get the full story only after peeling them away.

OK, call me sentimental, but I love Christmas romance movies. This my wife of 10 years and my favorite time of year. She says that she is amazed that she actually found a guy who loves these movies. We don't have lots of free time, so sometimes it might take us 3 evenings to watch one movie. This one was a real tear jerker. Add my love of good music to a good romance movie and you've got me. We especially loved that the writer made room for two different romances in the same script. We had never seen any of the actors in anything before, and were pleasantly surprised at how good the acting was. If you like this kind of thing, please watch it with the one you love!

I cried through out this movie. After Harold talks with a man.And tells him his story of love and loss. Sergio played the part so well just his expression was so real I could feel the pain of this character. I am not easily moved by many of Hallmark movies they are so predictable but this movie just grabbed and spoke to me. I have watched it 7 times. This movie you have to pay attention or important info will be missed. If you watch this movie do it with and open mind and pay close attention to what it said. It to me made my Christmas. Thank the actors and Hallmark for this wonderful movie. This movie makes me feel so warm and thankful for my loving family. We never know how much time we have on this earth. We need to be thankful for all the blessings in our lives. This movie to me strongly encourages this. I love, this movie.

Oh, puleeeezzzz! Give me a break!!With this movie being ultra-awful, I'm convinced Hallmark's Christmas movie producers' intentions were to laughingly prove viewers could enjoy ULTRA-LAME! But they were actually insulting viewers' intelligence! The only feature I enjoyed was that it ENDED!The tremendously annoying "Harold" showed up numerous times out of nowhere, without a hint of how he showed up.....Turn around this way or that way...or look up... or open the house door...and suddenly there he was every time yak, yak, yakking away...and uninvited!..............His voice was BEYOND annoying! (was that intentional? if so, why?)...............Did the goof ever decide who he was?? Oh, who really cares?!Hmmm...which was worse: the female star's atrocious "singing" or her lame "acting"??The plot dragged and dragged and dragged pointlessly. The film desperately needs to be destroyed immediately! I'd hate to think the next generation would think this stupidity is what we thought was entertaining or enjoyable in our time!
