beastiegirl-70131 I've never been inclined to write a review before until I saw all the terrible and undeserved reviews others were giving this movie. Like, back off pseudo-Eberts. It's not like this film was gunning for Oscar contention so maybe calm down with the criticism. Was the movie perfect? No, but it was still very watchable and I actually enjoyed it. As someone who has sat through some absolutely terrible movies with acting that makes me cringe in embarrassment and pity for the poor soul fumbling around on screen, I can say with certainty this is not one of those films. Unless you are going in with unreasonably high expectations, I don't think the average viewer will be disappointed. More importantly, as a bigger fan of music than film, the soundtrack and American Satan album are stellar. Not gonna lie, if the Relentless were a real band, I'd probably be a groupie. I also can't understand the hate around Andy Biersack not being the real voice behind the music. The director didn't want people to think of Andy Biersack of Black Veil Brides. He wanted people to connect with the character Johnny Faust. I applaud this decision and think it worked well. tl;dr...don't trust the bad reviews this movie is totally worth the watch. Oh, and buy the soundtrack and album.

KaoSaTaN I think this movie is very entertaining.maybe it was better to make the story about a real metal band, but on the other hand,i do not think that the devil cares too much about who he can influence.as long as he can make his deals.the modern look on the faustian deal is good and if one does not take it too serious it is a nice movie to watch.there are so many stories about who was influenced by the devil.from bowie to the mamas and papas and the cast of Jesus Christ superstar. and many many more.just sit back, take some drinks and enjoy and it will all be fine.

zeeorion This movie was all over the place. I like Andy Black as a singer and I was dissapointed that he lip-synced another guys voice. The part where that woman brought VIP tickets for her daughter so she can lose her virginity to Johnny (Andy Black) was so fucked up, and Johnny even goes for it. He recently cheated on his girlfriend with his band mate which was unbelievable. This movie confused me and made me uncomfortable at times. The only good thing about this movie was the music and that's why it's a 2/10.
